„Pobyt w hotelu przez dwie noce, aby złapać rzekę cruise i wziął także wycieczki do miasta. Hotel położony jest obok centrum obsługi klienta cruise i blisko dużego centrum handlowego. Ogólnie hotel oferuje rozsądne usługi. Stalls są przyjazne i pomocne. Spędziliśmy dwie noce w hotelu, aby jechać na łódkę i wziąć udział w wycieczce w mieście. Hotel jest obok centrum obsługi klienta na łodzi kryjowej, w pobliżu dużego centrum handlowego. Ogólnie, hotel oferuje rozsądną usługę. Jest bardzo przyjazny i pomocny.”

„坐世紀遊輪宜昌下船想着會比較累，所以決定在這裏住兩晚休整一下。 因為遊輪是在三峽遊客中心解散，所以我就研究周邊比較近的酒店。當時有三家進入我選擇範圍內的，都是可以看到江景的。一家感覺像高端民宿，最近的是皇冠假日，但是有點舊了！旁邊有個新開的温德姆至尊酒店。我雖然愛住酒店但是温德姆衹聽説過從來沒住過，也不太熟！查了下才得知這家温德姆是温德姆集團最高端的酒店，説是定位超五星的奢華酒店。所以在閨蜜更心儀威斯汀一直給我安利威斯汀的情況下我還是堅持訂了這個酒店，一方面是酒店照片裏江景套房的這個大弧度落地窗實在有點吸睛，另一方面想體驗下一個從未嘗試過的酒店品牌（好幾個文裏都介紹這家是宜昌最新最豪華的酒店）。 這個酒店在三峽遊客中心斜對面，步行7、8分鐘，旁邊就是萬達廣場。 酒店大堂34樓，設計得挺漂亮也蠻大氣的。 從35-46是客房，每層衹有兩個江景套房，分別是11和19，我拍的是爸媽住的11房型，朝西南，缺點有夕照有點熱！我住的19是朝東南，缺點是江景不如11壯闊，因為江中有一小塊灘塗。 房間果真很大，動線設計很流暢，佈局也很合理！客廳的沙發又大又舒服，大弧度的落地窗觀長江眺遠山果真視野特別棒！ 房間設施非常新。兩個洗手間；自動馬桶；衣帽間裏有個化粧台；保險箱居然也有兩個；有三處可以掛衣服的橫桿，客廳和卧室還有兩個掛衣服的衣架子！洗護用品巴爾曼，現在用這個的酒店貌似不多了，很多五星都用國產的了。這裏比較特別的是雖然也是大罐裝的，但是在浴缸邊會配一套可攜帶裝的，考慮很周到！洗漱用品初常規的還提供耳塞、面膜甚至還有卸粧巾！這個國內酒店我第一次看到！ 還有浴巾，大概是住過酒店裡的最大的了，幾乎能把我除頭部全包住了！ 歡迎水果、點心很有誠意！ 迷你吧除一般都會有的無糖和一般可樂、雪碧、啤酒外還有voss的水、巴黎水和果汁、薯片，甚至還有費列羅的巧克力，全部免費！關鍵喝完還補！ 膠囊咖啡、速溶咖啡都有，茶包兩個品牌一個川寧一個是英國的，另外還有兩包當地產的茶：宜昌毛尖和宜昌紅茶。感覺酒店蠻熱情也蠻大氣的，想把更豐富的東西帶給客人！ 健身房泳池沒去看，不知道到底咋樣。 行政廊在45層，中午12點-晚上8點提供小食，這裏的行政廊有點特別，現在很多其他酒店除了happy hour下午茶什麼的很敷衍，這裏下午茶倒是正正經經幾款蛋糕、好幾款餅乾、馬卡龍提供（而且都是酒店自製的，味道很不錯，大部分都不甜）。而且全時段都有6、7種水果提供（其他一些諸如希爾頓凱悦啥啥酒店有三種就算不錯了）。 但是哦，happy hour實在搗糨糊，居然衹提供四種冷肉，熱檔衹有兩個菜：炸雞翅和蔬菜炒雜肉腸，另外一個可頌做的三明治，就沒了！！！而且最奇怪的是我們住的兩晚東西一模一樣！一個菜都不帶變的！！！這真的不行啊，應該要改啊！ 早餐是很不錯的，比常規五星好，甚至可以説比某些奢華酒店都要好！鮮榨果汁、地方特色，麪檔提供肥腸、牛肉、熱乾麪等等！有個檔專門製作現做的粥品，放點魚片、蝦仁、皮蛋、肉絲……做出來的粥真的好好吃！ 中餐廳看介紹是廣式茶點那種，不是在地美食所以我們沒吃！ 服務也非常地棒，特別行政酒廊有個跟我三姑名字很像的姑娘劉彩熱情主動周到，也很細緻！自從我閨蜜手機落在酒廊忘拿，之後每次離開她都會提醒下！我很少給酒店點評打那麼高的分，也就因為行政廊的happy hour供應有點拉垮扣0.5分。哦，還有客房外牆玻璃應該多擦擦，有點臟，影響視野！ 酒店很多方面也比較人性化，除了客房裡給足水外，每層樓的電梯區域都有放很多水供自行取用！酒店有近50層，所以每層電梯等候區還設計有供等候時坐的沙發，很有心了！ 這次入住體驗下來總體非常滿意，跟十年前來宜昌的感受完全大相徑庭！可以説這個酒店用一己之力扭轉了我之前對宜昌不那麼美好的印象！哈哈，愛上一個城可以是一個酒店！推薦來宜昌的可以來住一下！”

„Doceniam gościnność pań z recepcji. Jesteśmy 14-osobową rodziną podróżującą z dziećmi i pokój jest wygodny. Pokoje z widokiem na ulicę i rzekę są znacznie głośniejsze. Recepcja i pokój robią dwa różne wrażenia. Na początku moi rodzice byli rozczarowani, patrząc na recepcję, ale po wejściu do pokoju chwalili pokój za czystość i wygodę. Śniadania są dobre! Lokalizacja to około 10-15 minut spacerem od centrum turystycznego.”

„This hotel is good and centrally located, and the counter staff are helpful.  However, our experience was spoilt by several guests smoking profusely in the small enclosed hotel reception.  The cigarette smoke would also seep into the guest rooms especially those just next to the counter.  There should be constant reminders eg a big sign to remind guests that smoking is not allowed in enclosed space.”

„It’s a very new and well built hotel. View: The room I had is facing the Yang Tze River, and it has sunset view - pretty romantic. Bed: The bed is very big and comfortable. Food: Hotel breakfast buffet has a decent spread, and taste good. The dinner buffet also has a decent spread. Location: Quite fast to go to the tourist Center to join the Three Gorges Dam day tour. Ask the hotel staff and they will link you to the tour agency. Price: Slightly on the high side vs surrounding hotels. You get what you paid for. Overall, I like this hotel. Will recommend if you like international standard comfort.”

„酒店非常不錯，從辦理入住的那一刻，前台小姐姐的接待服務就讓我覺得很舒心。進到房間之後，發現整個房間都充滿陽光，空氣也不錯，果然是旅遊城市。房間真的很滿意，入住的也很舒服，主要是他們家的床品也很軟，在外面玩一整天累了之後，在他們酒店可以安心的放心的好好的睡一覺，就覺得很舒服，退房也很流暢，下次有機會的話，會繼續選擇他們家”

„The hotel is highly recommended especially if you plan to go for a trip to the Three Gorges Dam and nearby attractions because the transport hub is right nearby. Besides, there are shopping mall, grocery stores and various eateries in surrounding areas for your selection. The room is clean with all necessary amenities for the affordable price. It’s a real value for money!”

„- Overall positive: The hotel is very new, but there's no lingering smell of renovation. It's clean, spacious, and bright. The service is exceptional – warm and efficient. From the moment we stepped out of the car, every staff member greeted us with a smile. Alex and Linda were especially attentive. We stayed for four days and three nights, and the free use of a Mercedes/BMW electric car was a huge convenience for traveling with kids. In summary: We had a very satisfying stay! - Location & Facilities: Although the hotel is in the mountains, it's very close to popular attractions like the Three Travelers Cave (for coffee) and the Cliff Restaurant. It's a bit further from the city center, but in such a scenic city, staying amidst the beautiful landscape is much more enjoyable. The riverside pool is stunning! The gym is small but well-equipped, with foam rollers, yoga mats, and stair climbers. The most pleasant surprise was the alcohol wipes, readily available to sanitize equipment. - Hygiene & Bedding: The hygiene was impeccable; even the nooks and crannies were spotless. Housekeeping was prompt even with our three-night consecutive stay. The bedding was very comfortable. On the first day, the pillows were too high, and after a call, a comfortable pillow was immediately delivered. - Breakfast: Breakfast deserves its own mention. The variety of dishes was standard, but they had local specialties like spicy red oil buns and radish dumplings, and fresh watermelon juice! The ingredients were fresh, and the braised beef noodles or vermicelli were incredibly delicious. There was even ice cream. It goes until 11 AM, perfectly suiting the relaxed pace of a resort hotel. - Family-friendly activities: This hotel is very accommodating for families with children! The children's toiletries (especially the toothbrush) are the most durable we've encountered in any five-star hotel so far. There were science experiments on the weekend, which our older child enjoyed. The pool had a foam party, which both our older and younger children loved.”

„We loved our stay at Westin Yichang. A new hotel opened in 2025. It is located at the riverside with stunning river view. A bit away from the city centre but we used didi to travel around with no problem. We absolutely love where we stay. During the day we were on tour bus or away for sightseeing, in the evening we would take the kids for a swim at the indoor swimming pool. The pool is super clean and warm and its huge. You would need to wear head cover which they sell around 3 yuan. After swimming, we would catch didi to a restaurant. Didi ride is super cheap too. The room is huge (we booked 2 beds - 2 adults and 2 kids). Beds are comfortable. The pillows might be a tad too fluffy for my liking - but thats just personal preference. Daily housekeeping and amenities replacements which we appreciated. Services are amazing - everyone is very friendly and kind. They dont speak much English but they tried real hard to help. Should not have any problem communicating if you download the translator apps (we did not 😅) We loved everything about Westin Yichang - but the real star is the swimming pool for the kids to swim around in the evening. The downside: The dining options are a let down. It took too long to wait for the food (we were the only guests that night). And the food did not impress us. Overall: love Westin Yichang and would stay there again next time.”
