The location is excellent, 2-3mins from the station. Room is well-presented, clean and tidy etc. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and welcoming in all my engagements. I'm only deducting some service points as the breakfast buffet was quite chaotic (no bowls, no glasses, food run out etc). However, it was exceptional value for where it is, what I got and when I stayed. Well-recommended.

The staff can never do enough for us every time we stay, we always have a great experience here, always very clean, it’s not like your usual hotel room, it’s a proper kitted out kitchenette style with everything you need to cook or wash your clothes and it’s always our first choice when staying in Brighton

It was a decent stay and at off peak for £80 on a Saturday it’s not too bad. It’s a nice area of town and near to everything whilst still being quiet. The key code system as helpful asyou could come and go at any time and no check in process was needed. The room was a reasonable size but the bathroom was very small and tight. The room gad basic creature comforts like soap, small shower gel/shampoo pots and hot drinks facilities. The overall cleanliness was fine but the extractor fan in the bathroom was very dusty and the shower could’ve been cleaner with some hairs in it. The bed and key hygiene elements were clean though. The floors were quite thin so you could hear neighbours at times and the room could’ve done with a blackout blind really. If it was cheap to stay again I’d consider here, but I wouldn’t pay more than I did given the overall experience as some basics were overlooked as mentioned. Hopefully the feedback is constructive.

I had an absolutely FANTASTIC STAY at Safestay Brighton and couldn’t RECOMMEND IT more highly! From the moment I arrived, every member of staff made me feel genuinely welcome. They are exceptionally friendly, PROFESSIONAL, approachable and always happy to help with anything you need. They also have excellent local knowledge and are full of great recommendations for places to eat, things to do and getting around Brighton. The LOCATION is UNBEATABLE. Situated directly opposite the beautiful Royal Pavilion, you’re only a FEW MINS WALK from the BEACH and pier, the Lanes, gardens, countless cafés and restaurants, supermarkets, bars, bike hire, launderettes and the main bus stops. Even the train station is within easy walking distance..making it the PERFECT BASE for exploring Brighton. One thing that really stood out to me was how WELL MAINTAINED the hostel is. As it’s newly opened, everything feels fresh, modern and well looked after (not like some older hostels that can feel tired or musty). The HOUSEKEEPING team are WONDERFUL and always happy to help. Any request I had was dealt with quickly and with a smile, which made my stay even more comfortable. The hostel has a lovely and SAFE SOCIAL ATMOSPHERE too. The chill out lounge is a great place to relax..with 24 hr access for guests and there are FUN ACTIVITIES like karaoke nights, world cup viewings, movie nights, board games and a variety of drinks available, making it EASY TO MEET PEOPLE from all over the world. There was never a shortage of interesting conversations or vibrant characters from every walk of life..which made the experience even more memorabl Check-in and check-out were both smooth and HASSLE-FREE and ACCESS to the building is simple and secure. A huge thank you to the entire SAFESTAY BRIGHTON TEAM for making my stay such a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. A special thank you to Charlie, Sara, Brooke, Max, Dee, Maryam and all. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel at home..not just for me but for every guest I saw you greet :) I truly appreciated the kindness, respect and care shown throughout my stay. I’ve really made some wonderful memories and even some great friendships here. If you’re looking for a well maintained, modern, WELCOMING HOSTEL in the best location in Brighton with an amazing team behind it, Safestay Brighton is the place to stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

The room was spacious, clean and perfect views. As seen on the pictures advertised. I personally found the mattress very hard and needed to use extra pillows to support and bring comfort to my back. Otherwise I would be happy to stay again. Service by staff was polite but have experienced more friendly and more welcoming from other hotels in the area. I would give the hotel 8/10.

Bez problemu załatwiliśmy parking. Hotel nad morzem, położony blisko całego Brighton. Bardzo czysty pokój, a herbata i wszystko ładnie rozłożone. Pokoje są małe, ale przy wszystkim, co oferują, nie wpłynęło to na naszą przyjemność z pobytu. Śniadanie było fantastyczne, świeżo przygotowane i duże dzbanki kawy i herbaty. Bardzo uprzejmy i miły personel.

High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.

방은 크지는 않지만 사진과 같이 모던하고 깔끔한 느낌이었어요! 위치도 좋았구요 다만 4인이서 가서 인당 8만원씩 낸 숙소치고는 아쉬웠습니다 엘레베이터가 없는거랑 화장실이 공용인점...ㅠ 근데 유독 그 날짜가 좀 비쌌던것 같아요 다른날짜 조회해보니까 ㅇㅇ 조금만 더 쌌다면 99퍼 만족했을듯요! 화장실도 깔끔했고 다만 샴푸는 없었어요 수건은 한장씩 줬습니당

Chciałem zatrzymać się gdzieś w centrum Brighton w przystępnej cenie, tylko na jedną noc. Pokój był czysty i miał wszystko, czego potrzebowałem. Udało mi się zaparkować przed hotelem za dodatkową opłatą. Mam dwie drobne uwagi: zepsuta była rączka prysznica, musiałem brać prysznic przez główny wąż, a telewizor nie działał. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jeśli szukasz czegoś prostego i w dobrej cenie, to nie jest zły wybór.
