Hotel jest niepokonany widok na morze, pokój jest duży, kanapa w salonie może być także pokryta łóżkiem, jeśli chodzi o trójkę. Jest to około 20 minut spacerem do Starego Miasta, jest idealny dla rodziny na wakacje. Pracownicy hotelu są bardzo przyjaźni, bo drabiny będą nam pomagać w przeniesieniu bagażu. Śniadanie jest dobre, bezpośrednio na skałach, owoce i jogurt, i tak dalej, są lokalne, rytuał jest pełen.

真的是一次超級超級棒的住宿體驗，老先生非常非常的好也很周到，地理位置也超級棒，沒有市區那麼擁堵，又很方便可以去市區和海灘；可惜沒有機會嚐到老爺爺家的燒烤了，期待下次還可以去，還住在這裏！棒！

What a fantastic find! This is a hotel run by a school, the staff are teachers and students. It’s in an amazing location right by Pile gate and is very easy to find. The rooms are done up to a very high standard as is the whole building. We had breakfast in with our booking and this was also great. Boris runs this like clockwork and is always super friendly and helpful with advice for your trip if needed. The lady on reception (we didn’t catch her name sadly) was also really friendly and helpful and helped us with storing our baggage in a back room as we had a late flight following check out. We went very early season so, at one point, we were the only guests here! The only niggles (and these are very small!) were that the rooms lack tea and coffee making facilities. We arrived very late when everything was shut and couldn’t even have a cup of tea or coffee. Also maybe a mini fridge in the room? Although we think this was down to fire regulations. The other thing was the breakfast choices were limited, the food was well cooked but it would have been nice to maybe have some pastries too. We will definitely stay again if we return to Dubrovnik

房間不錯 有一個室外陽台 周邊設施很好 有室外泳池還挺大的 雖然不在老城區但是如果要是去老城 也可以乘坐公交六號線 是個不錯的體驗

Miałem wspaniałą małą wycieczkę do Dubrownika z moim synem, chciałem słoneczny piasek i morze, a on chciał gry o tron, więc wybraliśmy ten hotel. Tuż przy plaży, która oferuje sporty wodne, blisko barów i restauracji, w tym fajnego baru w jaskini i tylko piętnaście minut jazdy autobusem do starego miasta. Idealny dla tego, co najlepsze z obu światów. Jak widać, pokój miał niesamowity widok. Warto dodać, że z pokoju do około północy słychać było muzykę z jaskiniowego baru oraz fale morskie.

Very good location, room has everything you need. Bonus of a heating rack which is perfect for those who want to handwash and quickly dry clothes next day. Help is also relatively easily reached via whatsapp even during slightly later hours. Only downside to note is that the heater for shower water has a maximum water you can use before it will be depleted. Will have to wait till its heated again (may be up to 50min without warning). Note you will need to climb short flight of stairs with luggage. Otherwise definitely a comfortable place!

We stayed at this apartment during our visit to Dubrovnik. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality from the owner, although there were a few things worth noting. The apartment was clean and well stocked with basic kitchen essentials. It had pans, plenty of cutlery, salt, coffee, milk, and other small items that made self-catering convenient. There were also brochures for boat trips, city tours, and other local attractions, which were helpful for planning our stay. The standout feature was the owner. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Even though we arrived late, she was available by phone, responded quickly to every question, and did her best to guide us with parking and check-in. Her helpfulness made the experience much smoother. The main downside was parking. There is no convenient parking nearby, and finding a place to leave the car was quite challenging. The apartment is located in what feels like a residential neighbourhood, around a 15-minute drive from Dubrovnik Old Town, so having a car can be both useful and frustrating because of the parking situation. The apartment also felt more like someone’s home than a serviced hotel apartment. If you’re expecting hotel-style accommodation with dedicated reception or professionally managed facilities, this may not meet those expectations. However, if you’re happy with a simple residential apartment and appreciate a responsive and caring host, it offers good value. Overall, a clean and practical apartment with an exceptionally helpful host, but be prepared for parking challenges and a more residential experience rather than a hotel-style stay.

To naprawdę fajny, niedrogi hotel, położony w Lapadzie, z dala od zgiełku starego miasta i blisko plaży. Mieliśmy duży pokój z niezwykle wygodnym łóżkiem/poduszkami i tarasem/balkonem. Pomyślałem, że to świetny pomysł, aby mieć suszarki na ubraniach na balkonach, idealne na ręczniki plażowe i stroje kąpielowe. Zjedliśmy śniadanie i było ono prawie takie samo każdego dnia. Ale nawet my, weganie, mogliśmy dostać coś dobrego do jedzenia. A dla osób bez ograniczeń dietetycznych jest jeszcze większy wybór. Nasz prysznic był zepsuty, co zgłosiliśmy personelowi pierwszego ranka. Ponieważ był weekend, poinformowali, że prawdopodobnie nie zostanie to naprawione natychmiast, ale we wtorek mieliśmy zupełnie nową słuchawkę prysznicową (prysznic był użyteczny, po prostu zepsuty - nie musieliśmy istnieć bez prysznica!) Personel był miły, przyjazny, pomocny i dał dobre wskazówki dotyczące plaż i okolic. Bezpośrednio po drugiej stronie ulicy od hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, z którego można wsiąść do autobusu nr 6 do starego miasta. Autobusy są małe i bardzo zatłoczone (wrzesień), a koszt przejazdu w jedną stronę wynosi 2,50 euro. Kupiliśmy też bilety z wyprzedzeniem w kiosku w mieście, gdzie są trochę tańsze (1,70). I muszę przyznać, że kilkakrotnie chodziliśmy pieszo do starego miasta. 30 minut spacerem, ale z pięknymi widokami. Plaże w pobliżu są cudowne. Wzdłuż wybrzeża biegnie świetna ścieżka spacerowa, a w niektórych miejscach można zejść po kamiennych schodach do małych miejsc do siedzenia, gdzie można również wskoczyć do oceanu i popływać. Zrobiliśmy to zamiast iść na kamieniste plaże i wypożyczyć leżaki. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, był to naprawdę fajny hotel, idealny do tego, czego chcieliśmy. Nie jest to hotel wysokiej klasy, luksusowy ani luksusowy, ale jest wygodny, czysty i przyjazny.

The staff were amazing and accomodating 5 stars for them . I am a seasoned traveler world wide and I have stayed in a lot of 3-4 star places but this one I would rate as a 1.5 star. I was so disappointed in my room it looked like a run down storage room not like a nice comfortable room like the pictures display at all on the booking site. There was no air-conditioner as stated in the amenities list, nor was there a TV as stated in the amenities list as both TV and Air-conditioner were not working there was an issue with the room door unlocking it . Also the bedroom flooring was old and worn carpet that had stains and dried vomit on it. There is no safe in the bedroom as stated. There was an air cooler and pedestal fan in the room which only just made it bearable on a hot day and night. There is no parking if you have a car . There are five flights of narrow stair to climb with luggage. If your on the top floor. There is not lift. The room has a very much lowered wedge shape wall /ceiling that takes up a lot of room and you can injure your head if your not careful in the dark. There is no concierge as stated in fact most of what has been stated as the amenities and parking is a big lie as they either don't exist or they don't work. With what I paid I could gave gotten a better room for the same money somewhere. The managerr never showed up so I could talk to them about the issues. From what I have read else where in reviews this accomodation is really bad and in my thoughts this place and the owner of this business need a good shake up or shut down as they really don't care about the clients. It just about ripping people off and taking money. I highly recommend not booking this place as it is really bad.
