It often required multiple trips between our floor and the lobby. Additionally, I noticed the elevator lights would occasionally illuminate without actually moving, which added to the confusion. Another area for improvement is the pool service. I attempted to reach out via WhatsApp to request service, but unfortunately, I never received a response. This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as I had hoped for a more seamless experience while enjoying the pool area. I recently stayed at the Olive Tree Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Location was far from the main pays of town. Very close to the airport like 15 minutes with no traffic. Service was top tier. Choice of restaurants were subpar, we used grab for alot of our dinner choices. Food at the hotel was not great. Overall 3.5/5

The host was friendly to provide midnight check in and room condition was clean and tidy with good air conditioning. And the location was convenient from Queensway mall.

Room got bad smell from toilet, have crockroach, many ants in the table, There is no tooth brush/tooth paste, no slippery, shower cap etc as amenities in hotel bed not good need change new bed, Towel not fresh still got bad smell.. bfast too spicy for local food, Hotel price not worth it, old hotel

This accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful.

Just passable. It is quite pricey for the room's condition. Near to Setia Spice Convention Centre, surrounding restaurants are not muslim friendly. Parking is very expansive. Parked for few minutes only, but had to pay RM4. There is only 1 water filter at the lobby, and had to come down from my room just to get hot/cold water. Room was smelly, towels were dirty( got stains on them) and some are torn. The aircond has smokey smell.

I really like this hotel because it feels very cozy—just like being at home. During my first stay, I booked for 2 nights, and I enjoyed it so much that I came back the following month for 4 nights. Whenever I travel for work, this hotel is always my top choice to stay.

The location is very convenient to access to convenience stores and eaters. However the cleanliness and exhaust ventilation of the hotel need to be improved and at least one receptionist should be around and not ask customer to call upon check-in or check-out
