We absolutely loved our time here! It’s easily our favorite stay in Tagaytay so far. You can tell a lot of care goes into the upkeep—everything from the garden to the decor is well-maintained. The bed was a highlight for us; the linens were so soft and comfortable that we slept perfectly. Just a small heads-up: there was a bit of a drainage smell in the upstairs toilet, but it didn't take away from an otherwise fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We didn’t expected it to be this big! We’re just 3 pax and the place is really good for big group of people. Price is good. There are complementary coffee sticks but no breakfast which is just okay. Location is near the highway so it is accessible. Recommended for overnight like we did or short staycation.

The amenities and setup are incomplete. The hotel should update its television or at least provide Chromecast or USB ports to enable Netflix streaming on the television. The room was clean, but the headboard emitted an unpleasant odor. The towels were old and should be replaced. There was no bat mat set up. The swimming pool view was pleasant, but the chlorine levels were excessive, particularly in the jacuzzi area, causing skin irritation after swimming. The breakfast was satisfactory, consisting of a buffet with a daily changing menu, which was an improvement. The Royal Palace was also satisfactory, with approachable and friendly staff, particularly the spa attendant who performed my pedicure, who was exceptionally pleasant. Overall, it was a good stay, although the incomplete room setup prevented it from being entirely relaxing.

It was indeed an amazing stay!🥰 . The staff were all so kind and accommodating ❤️ . I love its concept -- being an eco-friendly hotel using containers for the rooms with empty bottles, tree branches for the rooms interiors and lots of hand paintings and own grown up plants all over ❤️❤️❤️ . Love that they are also pet friendly hotel ( a pet playground with waiting area was provided). My family enjoyed games of billiards and table tennis at the roofdeck too!🥰 The place is very instagrammable and unique! We also enjoyed our breakfasts at their Bahay Kafe. They also have function room for intimate gatherings and restos and a spa. Location wise - very near the major road, the first Starbucks in Tagaytay and the nearby tourist attractions! Lee Botique Hotel is well placed if you arent really going around Tagaytay. Is is accessible to the main road, and you have the option of going through CALAX or Sta. Rosa Tagaytay Road. And it is literally across the road from Concordias. We booked a suite. It was spacious, with a rustic cozy feel. The downsides to it is that the suite could use more sound proofing as you can hear the vehicles along the road from the bed. It also appears that there is a need to improve their balcony door, as strong winds tend to cause it to slam, which is not good for sleep. Also, the electronic lock on the appears to be malfunctioning during our stay. Thus, we had to get assisted whenever we returned in order to get the room opened. Finally, the property wifi leaves much to be desired as disconnection and slow speeds are common. The property has heated water for baths and its own parking space.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and comfortable. What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination. The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staff’s warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

Our stay at Summit Ridge Hotel was wonderful. The hotel is very nice, the service is excellent, and the staff are warm, respectful, and accommodating especially to elderly guests and PWDs. We truly felt well taken care of and wish we could have stayed longer and availed discounts ❤️

I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway! During our stay at Hortz Hotel and Resorts in Tagaytay, Philippines, we found the surroundings to be wonderful—peaceful and calm, offering a perfect retreat from the city. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.

We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. The location is good because it is very near Sky Ranch. However, we experienced several problems during our stay. When we arrived, the reception told us that they could not find our booking through Trip.com, so we had to wait for several minutes before we were allowed to check in. The room was clean, but the water connection was extremely poor. The water was dripping very slowly, so we had to wait for the timba to fill up before we could take a proper bath. The water heater was also not working properly, and we could not adjust the temperature correctly—it was either too hot or too cold. Another inconvenience was that we had to surrender our room keys every time we went outside. We were not clearly informed of the reason, and it was very inconvenient to keep doing this. Overall, the location is good, but the facilities and service need significant improvement.
