„Rzadko piszę recenzje, chyba że jestem wyjątkowo zadowolony. Podróżowałem z rodziną i Hotel Port w Guilin naprawdę spełnił nasze oczekiwania pod każdym względem. Lokalizacja jest idealna – tuż naprzeciwko ulicy Dongxi. Mimo że ulica jest ruchliwa, izolacja akustyczna w pokoju była zaskakująco dobra. Wybrałem ten hotel ze względu na design pokoju i piękne widoki z restauracji na dachu. Radzę zarezerwować pokój na wyższym piętrze – naprawdę się nie zawiedziecie. Powitalna herbata była pyszna, a śniadanie obfite. Popijanie herbaty i rozmowy na macie tatami w pokoju było bardzo przyjemne, a obsługa była wyjątkowo miła. Pani z recepcji nawet wyszła w nocy, żeby rozmienić mi pieniądze na zdjęcie za 20 juanów. To wspaniały hotel, polecam go wszystkim, którzy planują odwiedzić Guilin.”

„The location of the hotel is just by the River and easy to take nice pictures right from the hotel or in front of the hotel. Upon our arrival, the doorman immediately grabbed our bags and welcomed us. Although we told him that our bags are heavy and offered to take some of the luggage by ourselves, he insisted to help us and helped to carry everything inside. The reception staff did the check in quickly and also informed us of their hotel facilities and services. They told us that we have a complimentary professional photography session to have our photos taken. They also introduced the local tourist attractions and we took the river boat trip that evening, which was very pleasant and nice way to see Guilin during the evening. The following day we went for the photo taking sessions and we got some beautiful memorable pictures taken. Our room was very beautiful and large and we wish we would have had more time to stay. We even had a separate room for drinking tea which was so cozy. The breakfast restaurant is located on the top floor of the hotel so the guests can have a nice view of the surroundings. Upon our departure the reception staff asked how our stay had been and bid us farewell and they had prepared some very cute gifts for us. I highly recommend this hotel for anybody who would like to visit Guilin leisure. Perfect location, perfect service and facilities!”

„Zatrzymaliśmy się w tym hotelu tylko na jedną noc i ani przez chwilę nie żałowaliśmy naszego wyboru. To była wspaniała decyzja! Wybraliśmy pokój z wanną przy oknie specjalnie ze względu na zachwycający widok na las i rzekę – absolutnie zapierający dech w piersiach. Podobało nam się wszystko w pokoju: klimatyzacja była wybawieniem w upale, a ortopedyczny materac i poduszki były niezwykle wygodne (za co należą się specjalne podziękowania!). Pokój był nieskazitelnie czysty, a wszystko działało idealnie. Pracownicy recepcji to wspaniali ludzie! Komunikacja była utrudniona bez znajomości chińskiego, ale każdy pracownik był niezwykle przyjazny i starał się nam pomóc, cierpliwie korzystając z tłumaczy. Ogromne podziękowania za pomoc z AliPay – mieliśmy problem z płatnością, a administratorzy go rozwiązali. Co więcej, jedna z pań z recepcji pomogła nam zarezerwować dokładnie taką wycieczkę, jakiej potrzebowaliśmy. Ponieważ standardowe wycieczki nie odpowiadały naszej konkretnej trasie, bardzo się postarała, aby pomóc nam wszystko zorganizować. Mieliśmy śniadanie wliczone w cenę, ale musieliśmy wyjść zbyt wcześnie, aby móc się nim cieszyć. Abyśmy nie byli głodni, niezwykle troskliwy personel zaoferował nam croissanty i mleko! Świetnie korzystaliśmy też z ekspresu do kawy w lobby. Bardzo dziękujemy hotelowi za tak komfortowy i niezapomniany pobyt! Gorąco polecamy.”

„Ten hotel ma świetną lokalizację i piękny widok z pokoju. Personel był przyjazny i gościnny, co sprawiło, że pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Jedną rzeczą, na którą należy zwrócić uwagę, jest to, że śniadanie jest wyłącznie chińskie, co może nieco utrudnić znalezienie znajomych opcji dla gości zagranicznych. Dużym plusem było to, że hotel uprzejmie pozwolił nam przechować bagaż przez cały dzień po wymeldowaniu, co było bardzo wygodne. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, było to wspaniałe doświadczenie i poleciłbym ten hotel ze względu na doskonałą lokalizację i gościnność!”

„Zalety: Dobra lokalizacja, blisko atrakcji turystycznych. Ciocia w restauracji była bardzo serdeczna. Kiedy poszliśmy zjeść śniadanie tuż przed zamknięciem, natychmiast odłożyła to, co robiła i podeszła, żeby pomóc nam ugotować makaron ryżowy. Uprzejmie przypomniała nam również, jak sprawić, żeby smakował lepiej. Wady: Jakość powietrza w pomieszczeniu nie jest najlepsza, a temperatura wody pod prysznicem jest bardzo trudna do wyregulowania – albo za gorąca, albo za zimna, w zasadzie niemożliwa. Wziąłem prysznic po dniu zabawy na zewnątrz. Kiepski prysznic naprawdę wpłynął na moje wrażenia z pobytu. Ponadto nie ma tu żadnych pamiątek, które wielokrotnie pojawiają się w innych recenzjach.”

„Ponieważ nie udało nam się kupić biletu na szybką kolej w idealnym czasie, dotarliśmy do hotelu bardzo późno. Mimo że hotel wiedział, że jesteśmy rodziną, nadal dali nam pokój dla palących na skrzyżowaniu, ponieważ przybyliśmy za późno. Jednak zostaliśmy tam przez 3 kolejne noce i mieliśmy małe dzieci. Nie mogliśmy znieść zapachu dymu. Na początku recepcja twierdziła, że ​​piętro jest pełne. W końcu podszedłem do recepcji ponownie, aby podkreślić, czy nie ma możliwości zmiany pokoju. Pomogła nam zmienić pokój na pozostały dla niepalących. Mam nadzieję, że hotel zwróci uwagę na te szczegóły. Przestrzeń restauracji hotelowej można ulepszyć. Miejsce jest za małe, aby pomieścić gości. Pewnego ranka musieliśmy poczekać na miejsce. Popołudniowa herbata i owoce na powitanie są dobre. W holu znajduje się pokój zabaw dla dzieci. Wszystkie są czyste. Pokój jest sprzątany codziennie, jest czysty i schludny, a personel recepcji zajmuje się nim odpowiednio, co jest do przyjęcia.”

„Firstly, on our check-in, we were told we can upgrade to a Riverview room at a cost of around 100 RMB. after we agreed to upgrade and got up to our room. (Please see picture below)that was the river room. Nothing like a river view room that we have ever experienced.   When we called the manager to ask for the river room, we got upgraded to a higher floor( see the picture attached)  again not a river view room that we would ever called it.  Dinner.  We book our dinner in the Chinese restaurant Xianggong (香宫) not to mention their service was extremely slow. We waited for our noodle until the last course to be served like a hour. Please see the picture attach. This is the picture on the menu that  I was expecting please see picture attached that is the noodle that got served to me. a although I understand in some situation, the picture is just for reference, but I think at this case this is extremely misrepresented.  Another dish we orders “ wagyu beef with mushrooms. “ again we questioned this is hardly wagyu beef and please see the picture below. That’s the dish we got served, nothing like the picture again.  It was deeply disappointing experience, and we booked based on the Shangri -La name and our previous experiences.   Although  Shangri Guilin has his beautiful landscape and infrastructure, the service is clearly not a Shanghai standard.”

„I deliberated for a long time when choosing a hotel in Guilin, and finally settled on Tingran Yunju, a Jinjiang property. After checking in, I immediately wanted to give it full marks – it completely exceeded my expectations! The moment I walked in, I was absolutely stunned. The floating landscape art in the lobby was incredibly stylish, perfectly blending the scenic beauty of Guilin's mountains and rivers. The ambiance was just fantastic; every photo I took turned out beautifully. The hotel's courtyard was an even bigger surprise, with its new Chinese Zen-inspired landscaping, bluestone paths, and exquisitely maintained greenery. Every step revealed a new beautiful scene. It was a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, and walking through it made me feel completely relaxed. This is definitely not a cookie-cutter hotel design; you can feel the thoughtful attention to detail everywhere. Being a Jinjiang brand, the quality control is, as expected, top-notch. The entire hotel feels very new, and both the public areas and the rooms were impeccably clean. The decor felt high-quality, and the lighting and soft furnishings were particularly tasteful, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. The location is also great – convenient for getting around, yet far enough from the city's hustle and bustle. It's perfect for both leisure travel and business trips. The service was also incredibly thoughtful; check-in was quick, and any requests were promptly handled. The entire experience was simply excellent.”

„Kiedy przyjechałem, byłem dość rozczarowany, że mój pokój wcale nie przypominał zdjęć na stronie. Jedyne, co mogę zasugerować, to jego aktualizacja, aby goście mieli odpowiednie oczekiwania... Nie mogłem jednak nie cieszyć się pobytem. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, hotel wydawał się wyjątkowo atrakcyjny cenowo, zrobiono mi pranie i miałem dostęp do skutera. W cenę wliczona była również kawa i herbata na śniadanie. Xiaoming to również fantastyczny i troskliwy gospodarz, który wydaje się dbać o wszystkich swoich gości.”

„I loved this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, they immediately reached out to me upon booking and helped me book a cruise to Yangshuo. The rooms are very clean and functional, there’s even a faucet with cold drinking water right in your room - a true luxury when traveling in China. I loved my stay here, it’s a little further away from the main attractions so it’s quiet enough at night but you can easily walk everywhere at the same time. You can also get free coffee and tea downstairs. I highly recommend staying here. However, there’s no need to book a room with a view as I did, since the hotel faces a not so quiet street and it will be a little loud to sleep at night. Highly recommend to visit the night street food market and Diecai Shan in Guilin!”
