"Ischgl sam jest świetnym miejscem, aby być na snowboardzie lub na nartach i Trofana Royal uczynił tę podróż bardzo wyjątkową od super wielkiej sali gimnastycznej + sauny i serwując 5-gwiazdkowy obiad i śniadanie. Pokoje są urządzone w klasycznym stylu, mają szyby do ogrzewania dla Twojego narzędzia, a kabel jest tylko 5-8 min spacer. Również można dosłownie iść do dołu prosto do hoteli wejściowych, które było zabawne ;) Jeśli kiedykolwiek wrócę do Ischgl, będę w tym! Zalecane!"

"Piękny i naprawdę wyjątkowy hotel w samym centrum Ischgl. Byłem w Ischgl wiele razy i standard zakwaterowanie jest bardzo wysoki w ogóle. To był mój pierwszy raz w Goldener Adler i jest to bardzo ulubiony. Projekt i dekoracja to bardzo sprytna kombinacja starego świata i nowego, architektonicznie zaprojektowany i wymyślony w wielkich szczegółach. Pokój był tak wygodny; łóżka i pościel były bardzo wysokiej jakości, szaty były pluszowe, i prysznic doskonały. Jest tu uroczy bar przy lobby z różnymi miejscami do wyboru. Bar pracownicy były naprawdę wydajne i mieli tam doskonałe koktajle. Wybraliśmy pół deski, które bym powiedział jest musz. Jedzenie jest doskonały, obszerny bufet śniadaniowy z wszystkim, co można sobie wyobrazić, w tym gorący bufet i menu omelet. Na kolacji są doskonałe wybory mięsa, gry rybnej itp., a zawsze doskonała wegetariańska opcja każdego wieczoru. Jak w przypadku wszystkich pracowników hotelu (w tym personelu sprzątania), personel czekający był przyjazny i zdolny, nic nie wydawało się zbyt wiele kłopotów. Rodzina, która prowadzi ten hotel jest bardzo miła i tu jest urocza atmosfera. Wielu pracowników było tam od dłuższego czasu. Na parterze znajduje się wspaniały obszar spa, ponownie małżeństwo starego i nowoczesnego jest tutaj bez szwu, wiele ciemnych kamieni i bladego drewna, pokoi parowych, saun, gorących i dorszowych kąpieli, mały basen, naprawdę spokojny obszar relaksu, Zrób czas, żeby wszystko włączyć."

"An absolute gem of a hotel. Family owned, really luxurious but without any hint of stuffiness or unnecessary formality. The facilities are excellent - a large spa, sauna and steam room area, but the real jewel is the roof top pool and hot tub, where you can relax following a hard day’s skiing with a beer and watch people brave the ski in! Food is deliciously, with a big selection on offer. Every member of staff we met was very friendly, attentive and provided excellent service. Great location close to two gondola. We will definitely be back!"

"Excellent stay at a top hotel in Ischgl. Having just returned from a week at the schlosshotel with a group of friends I can fully recommend the hotel in terms of its location, service, food and amenities. The staff have been amazing and couldn’t have been more attentive, from the breakfast to the evening meal they were superb, making sure any dietary/food requests were met quickly and always friendly. We stayed half board for a week and ate in the Kristallsaal Restaurant where we had a varied 6 course meal each evening. The food was beautifully presented and very well cooked, offering typically a meat, fish or vegetarian choice of main course. Whilst wines were also recommended there was plenty of choice on the full wine list - and a wide range of prices too !! Breakfast is buffet style but there are also plenty of dishes that can be ordered fresh from omelettes, pancakes, eggs benedict etc etc so plenty to get you through a full day on the slopes. There is a ski shop for hire/servicing and storage for your own skis etc there also. Our group all had our skis serviced whilst there and they were well prepped overnight and ready next morning. In terms of access to the slope, the hotel is easy to ski back to at the end of the day - a red run (route 1) down from the top although this can be busy in places when everyone is heading back as lifts start closing. There are many comments about ski out - the hotel is about 50m from the main road, and you can ski out from the front or side of the hotel to the road 50m away (or walk the same) and then there is a very short 3-4 min walk to the Silvrettabahn gondola which really isn’t much effort . As always Ischgl is great for apres ski - the TrofanaAlm bar next door is lively as is the Champagnebar next door. There was some noise late at night from here and the street below but we only heard this if the slept with the windows open, otherwise once closed there was little disturbance. Our room was right at the front overlooking the street - prior to staying we had a few concerns about noise but having now stayed there it really wasn’t a problem, everyone in our group slept soundly (helped by a few drinks over the evening I suspect)! Overall I couldn’t fault the hotel and would highly recommend it and the excellent staff who will look after you very well. If there’s anything you need just ask them! "

"Wspaniałe miejsce ogólnie, pokoje ulepszone są większe dla 3+. Hotel VIP szafki są doskonałe i wygodne w pobliżu gondola. 5 minut spacerem od szafek/ myśla. Śniadanie jest niesamowite! Czekaliśmy na to każdego ranka!"

"Najlepsze zakwaterowanie. Najlepsza recepcjonistka PIA, kiedykolwiek widziałem wcześniej. Jest bardzo profesjonalna, pomocna, zorientowana na klienta i wychowanie. Pomaga nam rozwiązać duży problem z wynajętym samochodem SIXT. Zawsze była w telefonie, korzystając z wiedzy o prawach i prawach w Österreich. Zawsze robiła pracę nie pod jej obowiązkami, aby nam pomóc. Myślę, że zarządzanie hotelami uwzględnia naszą opinię o PIA. Hotel jest super, miła jedzenia, idealna lokalizacja i gościnność!!! Następnego roku zdecydowanie do Ischgl do hotelu Fliana!!!"
