"Our stay from 31.8 to 1.9. was disappointing with you in room 216! We stayed with you on recommendation of friends from Iser pay at a greater family celebration. We were told by friends your rooms were renovated. When looking at your home page we thought this was confirmed to find: “Enjoy your stay! .... After completely redesign the house is new ...” Room 216 is not renovated for many years. Significant defects: long-sticked shower access, silicium fuels, old water damage to the bathroom door, flat tape, broken garden, view of a wall right in front of the room window. All that contrasts massively with the impression that is mediated from the photos on your home page. In addition, we received a muffy smell in the room, which pointed to hygienic problems in this room. According to the friendly lady at the reception there were no quality differences in the other rooms. Therefore, a change of room would not have been helpful. We could not strengthen our friends and guests from Izerlohn, The hotel is a good hotel."

"Ładne pokoje, pracownicy byli bardzo słodki, jednak można powiedzieć, że mają wiele na talerzu. Niestety, nasze talerz pozostały puste z powodu całkowitej bluźnierstwa, które nazywali margarita Pizza. Ciasto było pod gotowaniem, sos pizza zawierał ten z kompostowej bin, nakryty wiosną cebulą jako dekoracja i ser, który został wyprodukowany w laboratorium.
