"Average hotel and I wouldn’t stay again. Bathroom needs some work, very strong and unpleasant smell from cleaning products. Swimming pool also needs some attention, despite plenty of staff around, the cushions from the outdoor furniture was pilled up near the bar and we had to help ourselves and put them on the furniture 2 days in a row. Breakfast is very good and varies from day to day. The front desk staff are unprofessional, checkout was at noon, and as we were making our way to the reception, at noon sharp they started to call in the room. Despite the hotel been empty and I’ve mentioned that was my husband’s bday, they gave us a room with a view to the back of the neighbour hotel."

"Apon arival there was no reception . after calling was informed they were sold out and had not recieved my reservation . had to forward my. Confimation email from trip to prove that i had a reservation , than i was goven a room where the air was broken and the room had no screens so if you open the window you got atacked by mosquitoes. The toilet had no clearance in front had to sit sideways on the toilet. The only thing that was decent was the breakfast."

"Hotel jest bardzo dobry, pracownicy są bardzo wykształceni i uważnie, znajduje się przed plażą Concha, duży i czysty pokój, bardzo smaczny basen. Jedynym problemem, który zauważyłem, był zły pot w ciągu kilku godzin i różowanie prysznicem.Inna szczegółowa część to, że czyszczą pokój co 3 dni, ale generalnie bardzo mi się podobało."
