"I stayed here while on a golf trip. Located on high ground near Mt. Komuro, from the window of my room you can see Mt. Fuji in the distance, with the golf course stretching out below. I stayed in a twin room for single use. As you'd expect from a resort, the room was spacious and relaxing. There was also a hot spring, and although I had pain in my joints the day before, I soaked in the hot spring, and the pain was gone the next day, which I thought was the effect of the hot spring. I didn't have meals because the timing wasn't right. It was a room only with hot springs, and I think it's a reasonable price for this area."

"I fell in love with Minakami, so I was excited to visit for the first time. (I want to go to Manza too, but it's hard to get there💦) It really is great~~❣️The inclusive package is the best I've ever had. The lounge is unmatched in quality. The snacks are a bit disappointing. I was surprised that they had the same lineup in the morning. The room was spacious, clean and neat. The view was open and spacious. I've enjoyed the hot springs many times, but the source of the hot spring is so far away lol. I saw a squirrel in the morning bath❗️I was surprised and moved. And above all, the food. "Two days and one night stay, Japanese-style room with two beds in the main building, with a semi-open-air bath, dinner and breakfast included, for two people. The hotel is a little hard to find. If you are using a car navigation system, make sure you look for the sign for the guest parking lot, "Ito-shi Sakuragaoka 2-chome 4-13," or the sign on the electric pole from Minami-Ito Station. When you arrive at the parking lot, someone will be there to guide you to your parking space. While you are there, a waitress will come and help you with your luggage, but since the hotel is on a hill, it can be a bit daunting to have heavy luggage carried for you. The hotel is located in a residential area, so the entrance is It is not visible from the parking lot, and its appearance is more like a traditional Japanese inn than a hotel, and it has a dignified atmosphere. After entering, we took off our shoes and went up to a Japanese-style room with a cypress counter. We checked in and enjoyed matcha tea and sweets, and took a break. The room was on the second floor and we were moved by elevator, but we had to go down a few stairs to get to the main building. The room was quite spacious for two people, and the waitress explained that there was a disaster kit to take out in case of a disaster. There was also emergency water in the toilet. We also went to the large public bath, which was open and spacious. After bathing, we were given a drink. We ate what was on hand. The drinks were different in the evening and in the morning. They would call us when the meal was ready. The menu for the private dining room changes monthly, but we were able to choose one of five dishes as a token of appreciation, and one of three dishes for the meal. We had both hot and cold dishes, and there was a fair amount of food, so we were full and delicious. They offered us some midnight noodles in the evening, but we were too full so we gave up. The hot spring in our room was a little warm, so we were able to stay in for a long time. It was quiet, probably because it was surrounded by trees, and we could occasionally hear the sound of trains in the distance. Breakfast was served in the same place, starting at 8:00, but they made an effort to accommodate (we wanted to leave earlier). The freshly cooked rice was delicious, and we could choose as many as we wanted from four side dishes, and we were told we could have seconds. There was grilled fish, but it was really tasty when heated on a charcoal grill. On our way back, we checked out at the front desk and had our luggage carried to the parking lot. It was a rare Japanese-style inn, with staff in kimonos these days. Recommended for those who want to relax and enjoy high-quality service and hot springs."

"The room is very spacious as it is like an apartment. The hotel is older but we can imagine it to be a luxury hotel back in its heyday. Location is no issue as we drove, and it was convenient to all the main attractions around the area eg. Mount omuro, jogasaki. The kids booked a slot in the kids playroom which is suitable for younger children. There was also a kids game which they can exchange for a prize upon completion, similar to Easter egg hunt, which made them excited and this helped us become familiar with the common areas and facilities."

"It was a wonderful time at this hotel, I spent 4 nights and the room was prepared in the best possible way. The owners of the hotel are wonderful people. they helped me with all the questions. The hotel provides a free shuttle service upon check-in and check-out. and one evening we found ourselves at the station late at night and the hotel owner was nearby and kindly offered to take us to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel by location for tourists without a car. There is also a wonderful private Onsen here - it's a pleasure to relax there every evening! I will be glad to come back here again. 😊"

"It’s a very charming place with a real wabi-sabi atmosphere - simple, quiet, and full of nostalgic beauty. Quite old-fashioned, but well maintained. This spot became popular on a Russian platform, so there are many tourists from Russia ( me as well) . When I visited the onsen, there were seven people in total - all Russian girls. Overall, it doesn’t stop you from having a great rest. However, it’s not really suitable for a honeymoon, as my husband and I were separated the whole time — there are no mixed onsens for men and women, probably because the place is now mostly visited by foreigners. When we checked out, they kindly drove us back to the station. I left with a complete sense of relaxation. Thank you!"

"It was unfortunate that we couldn't play golf on November 23rd. Apparently they told the employees not to keep it a secret, but it seems that it was a competition at a club in Ito that is frequented by the president of Southern Cross Resort. As it was a public holiday, the members could only play early in the morning. I can understand renting it out on a weekday, but if it was a public holiday I wish they would hold a competition with a more noble purpose. It seems like they are ignoring the members and guests staying at the resort and using it for their own purposes. Of course, as it is a local competition, I wish they would hold it openly without telling them. Many employees have quit recently, so I would like to see it run properly."

"Naprawdę cieszyłem się pobytem w Kameya Rakan! Od początku, personel w check-in był bardzo przyjemny. Staff, który u nas również mówił naprawdę dobry angielski! Mikrofalowa, niektóre broszury/mapy z kodami rabatowymi dla atrakcji (np. czereśnik Mt Omuro). Parking był mnóstwo i za darmo, położony za noclegiem. Jest znak, że Kameya Rakan Parking.
