Its a new building so everything is sparkling clean. Check in is quick and easy. They have problems with their system at first because it gave the receptionist a not made room. He gave us another room. Its spacious, new beddings, has a fridge, tv and a microwave. No hairdryer, but i dont mind it. I highly recommend this place. I love that the he printed a sketch to where your room is located and parking is just in front the room door. It's pretty secure, i dont see any ***** hanging outside the property. There's a lot of cctv on the premises, i saw it in front of reception and i think i saw a security guard (I'm not sure but that person looks like it, I maybe wrong because I didnt ask) No loud music that i heared. With the price, you cant beat the value. The only feedback i could give to management is to change the bed frames, its not solid. It moves and creates noise. No breakfast but has a coffee maker in the receiving area. You need to pay for Kcup vending machine.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was amazing at check in and answering questions. Great room and balcony view, love it. Room cleaned and sanitized well. Breakfast was fresh and hot as well as staff were friendly and helpful.

This place is amazing for a few reasons: 1) location is spectacular with several restaurants within walking distance; 2) rooms are comfortable and immaculate; but most of all, the hotel personnel are incredible. We walked in exhausted from driving 20hrs and Andy Preslar said ”I'll take care of you” and he did including getting us settled in record time and enlisting Steffan to help us park our U-Haul trailer and our truck in a great spot. Then the next morning, someone had taken the hairdryer out of our room and at 4:30AM, Beverly knocked on our door with a hairdryer in hand and a beautiful smile on her face! Kudos to upper management for recognizing the value of great employees and taking the time to hire the best!

There is parking lot The hotel environment is good. The steak inside the hotel is very good and worth recommending. American hotels are basically very old, don't have too much expectation.

Everything was good just had no hot water, did not address it while I was there because I was in and out of doctor’s appointments all day and was too tired to worry about it. Staff was extremely friendly especially the night time front attendant.

I have been a guest of this hotel in February, March, June and July, 2022. The hotel is modern, clean and welcoming! The check in is always first class! Ivonne is amazing, so efficient, professional and kind! Alli has helped me too! The rooms are very clean, organized and very quiet. I have stayed on the 2nd, 5th and 6th floors. Housekeeping is very efficient. The $1 breakfast is fantastic! Mila and Nina and the cook ladies are wonderful! The food is very good and a good selection too! I have been in touch with Mr. Lowe, the General Manager on several occasions to touch base prior to my many stays. He is the ultimate professional and it shows in his staff and leadership. I am SO very grateful to Mr. Lowe, the amazing Ivonne, Alli, Mila, Nina, Housekeeping and others as well! I will return soon to my home away from home, Holiday Inn, Orange Park, Florida! Thank you!
