Its a new building so everything is sparkling clean. Check in is quick and easy. They have problems with their system at first because it gave the receptionist a not made room. He gave us another room. Its spacious, new beddings, has a fridge, tv and a microwave. No hairdryer, but i dont mind it. I highly recommend this place. I love that the he printed a sketch to where your room is located and parking is just in front the room door. It's pretty secure, i dont see any ***** hanging outside the property. There's a lot of cctv on the premises, i saw it in front of reception and i think i saw a security guard (I'm not sure but that person looks like it, I maybe wrong because I didnt ask) No loud music that i heared. With the price, you cant beat the value. The only feedback i could give to management is to change the bed frames, its not solid. It moves and creates noise. No breakfast but has a coffee maker in the receiving area. You need to pay for Kcup vending machine.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was amazing at check in and answering questions. Great room and balcony view, love it. Room cleaned and sanitized well. Breakfast was fresh and hot as well as staff were friendly and helpful.

I have been a guest of this hotel in February, March, June and July, 2022. The hotel is modern, clean and welcoming! The check in is always first class! Ivonne is amazing, so efficient, professional and kind! Alli has helped me too! The rooms are very clean, organized and very quiet. I have stayed on the 2nd, 5th and 6th floors. Housekeeping is very efficient. The $1 breakfast is fantastic! Mila and Nina and the cook ladies are wonderful! The food is very good and a good selection too! I have been in touch with Mr. Lowe, the General Manager on several occasions to touch base prior to my many stays. He is the ultimate professional and it shows in his staff and leadership. I am SO very grateful to Mr. Lowe, the amazing Ivonne, Alli, Mila, Nina, Housekeeping and others as well! I will return soon to my home away from home, Holiday Inn, Orange Park, Florida! Thank you! The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered and I have had some bad experiences…. I’ll try to make the long story short but let’s start off with Carrie… her attitude, professionalism, did not coincide with someone who made sure I knew that she had been in the hotel business for “20 years” and at this property for “14 years”… my card was compromised on 5.12.2022, on Friday 5.13 of all days I call the hotel around 2:30 in the afternoon to indicate that I would be arriving late… and the worst attitude proceeded… the card on file needs to be updated or this reservation will be canceled… I call my cousin being the fact I have no card at this time because it was compromised to ask for his card information… when I called back I was advised the reservation had been canceled when I was already advised it’s okay to call my cousin to get the details updated and this was all done within 30 minutes… I call Marriott reservation who was able to book the hotel keeping the original rate terms… called back hotel to let them know inwilk be arriving late as my cousins flight will be inn be late and was advised I was banned from the property for no other reason than for Carrie to essentially have the last laugh and last Say… furthermore, that is not the expectation originally communicated… the original communication was that I would need to book again which i did… this was not the most joyous occasion if you know what I mean… and I ended up being in route to Jacksonville with no place to stay that night at a rate that would have worked for both my cousin and I. I can only assume that if and when the business responds it will be from none other than Carrie the general manager who I’ll warn you in advance will try to make every negative review sound like the customer is in the wrong and she is in the right… she also advised her front desk manager Morgan that I was using profanity and had poor etiquette and that is defamation of character… no one was belittled, insulted or anything she was just having a bad day she chose to take it out on me after I did exactly what was asked and updated my reservation… I hope others have a more positive experience but Carrie needs to take a look at the woman in the mirror and improve on her hospitality ASAP

We had recently moved from the area (2 weeks) and had to come back for my husband's cardiac catherization. He crashed in the cath lab and had to be rushed to emergency open heart surgery and coronary bypass. That extended our stay from 2 nights to 2 weeks. From the very first night Isaac did an outstanding job of accomodating us. After I had to extend my stay he bent over backwards to help me. The following week I met the person whom he was training( I believe). I did not get her name, however she is as wonderful as he. I then met Ashley, she is an absolute doll and did everything in her power to accommodate us on her side. I then met the manager, who I requested to meet so I could tell her how wonderful they all are. Through all my anguish and tears they made my time there so much better! I am and we are grateful to have had encountered such wonderful people. The hotel is clean and well kept. The location is perfect. We are super satisfied customers. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Everything was good just had no hot water, did not address it while I was there because I was in and out of doctor’s appointments all day and was too tired to worry about it. Staff was extremely friendly especially the night time front attendant.

I booked someone into this hotel because I know it is a fair price for a nice hotel stay. The guest thoroughly enjoyed her visit and was delighted by my choice.
