Moja żona i ja naprawdę cieszyliśmy się naszym czasem tutaj. Najbardziej wyróżnił się nam wspaniały personel. Menedżer i wszyscy, z którymi rozmawialiśmy, byli niesamowicie mili, mili i pomocni w całym naszym pobycie. Zawsze byli szczęśliwi dzielić się swoją lokalną wiedzą, polecać miejsca do odwiedzenia i pomóc nam lepiej zrozumieć obszar, co sprawiło, że zbadanie Jaffna było o wiele łatwiejsze i bardziej przyjemne. Nasza podróż do Jaffny była nieco wydarzeń, ponieważ w drodze doszliśmy do małego wypadku i zakończyliśmy sprawdzanie w znacznie później niż się spodziewaliśmy. Nawet w tej godzinie pracownicy byli bardzo zrozumiały i dbali o nas, w tym o przygotowanie obiadu dla nas. Po zmęczonej i stresującej podróży, ta miła czuł się dużo. Naprawdę cieszyliśmy się jedzeniem. Śniadanie wegetariańskie było doskonałe i zdumiewaliśmy się, jak bardzo go cieszyliśmy. Menu à la carte było również bardzo dobre, z łaskawą wartością za cenę. Sam hotel miał spokojną i relaksujący atmosferę, co dokładnie było tym, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Jednakże, bardziej niż wszystko, to gościnność i prawdziwe ciepło ludzi tutaj sprawiło, że pobyt był niezapomniany. Serdecznie dziękuję menedżerowi i całej drużynie w Jaffna Heritage Hotel za taką dobrą opiekę nad nami. Moja żona i ja mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt i chętnie polecamy ten hotel komukolwiek odwiedzającym Jaffna. Z pewnością chcielibyśmy tu znów zostać. ❤️"

"We stayed at The Thinnai for 18 days. We received a five star service from the start to the end . Atmosphere was very calm and enjoyable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Issues got resolved within minutes of reporting to the team at the reception. We like to mention the names of two staff members who helped us at various times/ stages - Kirushana helped us with booking of our room and Dilakshi during our stay in Thinnai. Both are very knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant. We noticed that Dilakshi showed care and professionalism with every guest which is truly an outstanding behaviour. We like to thank all the staff for making our stay at The Thinnai memorable . Vijay snd Sashi"

"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Right from the moment we entered the room, we were hit with a strong, unpleasant smell. The bathrooms were not clean, and there were mosquitoes everywhere, making it hard to relax. There was no lift available, which was highly inconvenient, especially since our group of three families was assigned rooms on different floors. This made coordination very difficult. The worst part, however, was the customer service. The reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful — probably the worst we’ve encountered in any hotel. Their attitude was unpleasant and unprofessional, which completely ruined the experience for us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or welcoming stay."

"Small, relatively newly renovated villa with only 4 large rooms, some even with 2 rooms. Very good location (approx. 1.2 km from the center), great breakfast and for dinner the food was ordered from a restaurant with a varied menu. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Also worth mentioning is the small but very clean and tasteful pool with a small terrace. We will definitely stay there again if we go to Jaffna again. Petra and Frank"

"The location is excellent as its walking distance to the train station, bus stand and shops. The atmosphere is very budget type. Considering its pricing its definitely a budget hotel and should be reviewed as such too. For a budget hotel they gave us a very clean room and a clean bathroom. The fittings are a bit old. It had hot water but never used it because of the high temperatures in Jaffna. I think its value for what they offer. Do not book with breakfast because you are at their mercy at what is provided. I thought the breakfast was below par. Service and the staff are excellent. Nice, friendly, and accommodating. The pictures are from a long time back. The place looked a bit run down. We did not mind as we spent most of the time sight seeing and only came to sleep. For that purpose this was great."

"This hotel is located in the middle of nowhere and has no facilities. All the reviews on Google guides which mention the cuisine are lies as there is no restaurant. The rooms are cramped and uncomfortable, and the A/c barely works. As we arrived late the front gates were locked and we had to wait for sometime before anyone arrived to open them."
