"Stayed at Jaffna Casa Hotel for 7 days, during my stay, the room was. Clean, spacious and comfortable. And air conditioned work well, which made the room pleasant to relax in. The bathroom was neat and came with basic toiletries and fresh towels."

"We stayed here recently for one night as the Heritage Hotel was fully booked. The rooms are large and comfortable however the bathrooms are smaller than across the road at the Heritage hotel. The villa is only a few steps from the Nallur Temple and as we stayed during the festival it was interesting to see the devotees walk by. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Recommended!"

"Od chwili, gdy dotarłem do Thinnai Hotel, czułem się naprawdę mile widziany. Masywny krzyk do recepcjonistów, księcia i Vithursha, którzy od samego początku byli niesamowicie ciepło, przyjazne i gościnne. Pokój apartamentowy był absolutnie fantastyczny przestronny, piękny, luksusowy i bardzo wygodny. Powierzchnia basenu była również doskonała i dodano do ogólnego doświadczenia. Później odwiedziłem bar na kilka drinków i spróbowałem gorącej rzeźby, która była pyszna. Barman, Rokeerththanan, świadczył wybitną usługę przez cały wieczór. Był bardzo informatyczny, uważny i doskonałych zaleceń. Polecił ich specjalny „Tylko w Yale” koktajl, który przygotował osobiście, i to było absolutnie niesamowite zdecydowanie jeden z cech moich pobytów. Najbardziej mnie zaimponował poziom gościnności i usług całego zespołu. Zaspokoili wszystkie moje potrzeby, w tym późne wyjazdy, a każde żądanie, które złożyłem, zostało rozwiązane bardziej niż szybko i profesjonalnie. Naprawdę czułem się opiekowany i ceniony przez cały mój pobyt. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, usługa była najwyższej klasy od początku do końca, a doświadczenie było warte każdego centa. Niestety, ’ jestem tylko na jedną noc, ale z pewnością znów wrócę na znacznie dłuższy pobyt. Wielkie dzięki i wielkie krzyki do personelu i administracji za wykonanie takiej fantastycznej pracy. Bardzo polecane, i z pewnością wrócę ponownie!"

"This was my third visit to this hotel spanning many years. The owners who took over the management of the hotel since four years ago, have done exceeding all expectations and have not only been consistent with standards but have improved them tremendously. The hotel is just under five minutes walk from the Jaffna Railway station! Front office under FM Gopi and with Ms Thuza begins the hospitality experience from booking to check out. We arrived early morning 2.45 am still had a fast fantastic check in. Rooms are large very very kept under excellent housekeeping. The Restaurant and Kitchen is a marvel beyond description! If one wants to savor the best Jaffna cuisine and taste this is it, best ingredients, best chefs and all authentic. This is a must visit destination to any North Bound traveller to Sri Lanka. Central to town, Nallur Kovil, Keerimalai , Jaffna Dutch Fort ."

"Staff made our stay very enjoyable. Room was very Clean, air conditioning was working, free tea at anytime, we were allowed to make our own meals. We bought fresh seafood from the nearby fish market and paid a small amount to the hotel for the access to the kitchen and cooked and had a great feast. "
