"The room is very short. The suite has only one small window. The bedroom is even shorter than the outside room, and there is a chandelier. Without a window, it feels depressing in bed. We booked for three days in total, only stayed one night, and checked out early the next morning. The hotel front desk didn't say anything, but Ctrip said that the hotel could only refund one day's money."

"The main course at the restaurant was horrible. The room was cold, just like the attitude from the woman at the receptions desk. My nice silk scarf got a big rip on it when I hung it on a hook in the room and when we brought it up at check out, the woman behind reception simply told us that she “would go check it” and offered no compensation. When we asked to talk more about it, she shut us off as if we were making very unreasonable demands and said we could only choose to contact her afterwards. So we called her after we came back home but this time her excuse was “I would definitely not discuss this over the phone so your only option is to write emails to me instead. It was obvious that she didn’t want to compensate us with anything but she didn’t have the courtesy to just straight out say it to us. We wrote an email to her and I’m open to see if she can actually answer us in a satisfactory way and in that case, I would consider retract this review. In short, it was a very unpleasant stay which is way overpriced and I would not recommend it to anyone that doesn’t like to suffer."

"On the outskirts of Stockholm, Sweden, there are no living functions around. The only advantage is that we drove a camper van here to rest for two days. The parking lot is free. The room is usually not cleaned for a week and only comes for one day. It is completely self-service. , other hardware facilities are average, the worst thing is that around 8 o'clock in the evening shift, a black-haired female front desk staff has a poor service attitude. Looking at the old comments, it turns out that this woman is responsible, and other night shifts The morning service staff have a good attitude. If they fire the front desk staff, the score could be higher."

"The perfect place to get away for a night or two. It’s was my second time here and I will definitely come back. Beautiful castle with unique style and decor. All rooms are individually styled with a luxurious touch and the most comfortable beds you can imagine. The castle it self had a long and exciting history and we felt the presence of old times lurking in the background. The surroundings are amazing and there are nice trails all around the castle area. The castle has its own gardens where all the flowers come from and the flower arrangements are worth a visit just for themselves 🌺🌸🌺 the castle is an “adults only” hotel, so a perfect getaway with your partner or friends. It feels far away but Stockholm City is close by in car. 100% recommended"
