"Zostaliśmy w innym mieszkaniu, ale przeszliśmy przez windę, potem zawiesiliśmy kartę kolacji przed drzwiami, potem spowodowaliśmy, że zjemy tam. Po 3 noce zjemy. Wybór żywności był bardzo dobry. Jedzenie było doskonałe i usługi były doskonałe. Rzadko tak dobrze obsługiwane. Co niestety nie jest już dziś poufne. Nigdy więcej."

"A very nice hotel in Jerzens with many lovely rooms, and plenty of free parking! The all-inclusive meals are very tasty; in the morning there's always a menu to choose from. The rooms have a shower, flat-screen TV, soap dispenser, telephone, safe, and separate toilet and bathroom. There's no air conditioning or minibar. Some rooms also have balconies. The rooms are well-furnished, although a bit dated, but comfortable enough to sleep in. A tourist tax of €56 for seven nights for two people is payable."

"Perfect winter holiday in Pitztal We spent one full week over Christmas at Panorama Alpin – Wellness Aparthotel as a family of six, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The apartment was very large, spacious, and ideal for a family. There was plenty of room for everyone, with a well-equipped kitchen, generous living space, comfortable beds, and excellent storage. Everything was spotlessly clean, well maintained, cozy, and felt very welcoming — perfect after long winter days outdoors. The hotel is extremely well equipped. There is large, convenient parking, which made arrival and daily logistics very easy. A big plus is the ski bus that stops right by the hotel, taking you to the ski slopes in about 5 minutes, making skiing effortless even with children. There is also a dedicated ski room, well organized and practical for storing equipment. The wellness area is outstanding. The swimming pool, spa, and multiple saunas are modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. It was wonderful to relax there in the afternoons and evenings after skiing. In addition, there is a gym, which is great for anyone who wants to stay active beyond skiing. The hotel also has a restaurant, which is very convenient after a full day on the slopes. Combined with the apartment setup, this gives you flexibility between dining out, eating in, or enjoying hotel services. The location is excellent — quiet, scenic, and offering beautiful panoramic views, yet very close to the slopes and perfectly positioned for exploring the Jerzens ski area and the wider Pitztal region. Even during the busy Christmas season, the atmosphere remained calm, cozy, and family-friendly. Overall, the hotel combines space, comfort, cleanliness, wellness facilities, and an excellent ski location in a way that works perfectly for families. Our Christmas holiday here was truly memorable, and we would happily return again — both in winter and in other seasons. Highly recommended for families, ski lovers, and anyone looking for a relaxing, well-organized alpine stay."
