The fitness center was brand new and with very well equipped machines. The breakfast was delicious and with a lot of variety. 100% recommendations for travelers to Jinzhou to stay in this Hotel."

Downstairs, Jialehui Cinema, supermarket, restaurant are fully covered, leisure and entertainment are done in one stop; walk to Linghe Night Market, a variety of barbecues and specialty snacks are dazzling. The sound insulation of the room is online, although it is close to the business district, the house is very quiet. The buffet breakfast is full of hot dishes, noodles, porridge, and side dishes. You can eat in the morning and then start the whole day."

"The deposit was 300 yuan. The air conditioner didn't blow hot air; the room temperature was 18 degrees Celsius. After making two phone calls to the front desk, they kindly brought over an electric heater, which was quite good; the room was warm enough without opening the door. The shower water was only slightly warmer than body temperature, but the toilet seat was still quite hot. The front desk insisted on checking out by 1 PM the next day, otherwise they would charge me the room rate. After I angrily complained about the above, and after consulting with their superiors, they finally agreed to my request to check out at 2 PM. The room rate is comparable to New World Department Store; the service and facilities should be comparable too!"

"A very good hotel, about 20 meters away from Jinzhou Station. You can see Jinzhou Station directly from the window. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. The hotel had performances starting at 8pm, so I could listen to music quietly and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was great! There are small wontons, noodles, fried rice, pasta, cakes, nuts, etc. There are also spare ribs and Sixi meatballs😄, and there is also a brand produced in Jinzhou - Shuangba yogurt, which is very delicious. "Cleanliness: The carpet was absolutely filthy and caked with grime. There were cockroach-sized bugs crawling on the floor and walls, and even in the bedding, not to mention stray hairs everywhere. Facilities: The furniture was falling apart; table and chair legs were wobbly, clearly held together by scraps of paper stuffed into the screw holes as makeshift repairs. Large sections of paint were peeling off the walls, and the room was leaking water. The staff informed us that none of the rooms have window screens, with the absurd justification that 'you don't need to open windows for ventilation.' Ambiance: The entire building felt like it hadn't been updated since the 1980s. The air conditioning emitted a strange, foul odor, and the room itself reeked of decades of accumulated grease and stale smells. Service: The staff's attitude was appalling. We were told, 'you can't view a room unless you've booked it,' and 'no cancellations.' Even when the booking platform clearly stated free cancellation within 30 minutes, they flat-out refused, saying 'we won't allow it.' When questioned about anything, the answer was consistently 'NO, NO, NO.' It felt less like a hotel and more like an unwelcoming, run-down guesthouse from the 80s. The room had a persistent water leak that dripped and gurgled throughout the night, alternating between a steady trickle and an annoying drip, keeping me awake. At check-out, I overheard other guests complaining about similar water leaks in their rooms. How on earth did this place get a four-star rating?"
