"The hotel is newly renovated, and the environment and cleanliness are quite good. The location is very convenient, close to Jishou Railway Station and North Bus Station, just over 300 meters away. There are dry cleaners, barbershops, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. downstairs, making it very convenient. One small suggestion: please put up a more prominent "No Smoking" sign at the elevator entrance. I've encountered several guests entering the elevator with cigarettes in their mouths."

"This is my first time leaving a negative review, and I want to objectively share my honest experience. I originally wanted to find a comfortable place to study in peace. When I booked, I saw two chairs on the balcony in the listing photos, so I specifically chose a room with a terrace, thinking it would be much more spacious. The reality was a huge letdown. The first room I checked into was exceptionally small with a very low ceiling, which felt oppressive. I later switched to another room with a terrace, which was only slightly larger, but the overall space still felt cramped. The balcony also didn't have the chairs shown in the pictures, though initially, I was willing to overlook that. The room layout was very unreasonable. The sink was placed right next to the bed, making washing noisy, and the pipes emitted an unpleasant odor. I could smell the strange odor even when lying in bed, making it impossible to focus on studying or resting. The listing page clearly stated that breakfast was included. When I went for breakfast at 7:30 AM, I was only then informed that it wasn't served until 8:30 AM. There was no prior notification before check-in. This meant I couldn't have breakfast if I needed to leave early, rendering the breakfast amenity useless. The promotion did not match the reality. For the same price and location, many guesthouses offer a good stay. The overall value for money at this place is very mediocre. For the same price, you can find accommodations with a reasonable layout and complete amenities. This stay was extremely disappointing."
