"Obsługa była staromodna i sztywna. Byli nieprzyjaźni wobec turystów. Nie mieli pojęcia o transporcie do popularnych atrakcji i zamiast pomagać, utrudniali im to na wszelkie możliwe sposoby. W międzyczasie zwykli kierowcy autobusów i właściciel kawiarni Soba Cafe zaoferowali swoją pomoc. Jedzenie w górach jest trudne, a oni kategorycznie odmówili zamówienia śniadania dzień wcześniej. Bardzo nieprzyjemny pobyt. Obsługa była sztywna i zdystansowana. Ten długo działający zajazd nawet nie wiedział, że CANBUS dotarł do świątyni Natani-dera. Zniechęcają tylko podróżnych, którzy nie znają dobrze okolicy."

"Położenie jest doskonałe, stare zupy są naprzeciwko, hotel jest starym sklepem, nowo urządzone pokoje są wygodne, świeże materiały, a sezon żarcia jest świeży i pyszny. (W tym roku ceny mieszkania są około 170 000 galonów, a później sklep oferuje pełne galonów na galon 22000). To jest trochę drogie, ale warto spróbować. Jeszcze raz."

"We booked the Japanese style room and was quite disappointed with the room. Firstly, it was a nice room with a river view on level 2 but we were unable to open the window at all, as there wasn't an insect mesh that stopped the insects from flying in. This is totally impractical, given the fact that the room is facing the river and a forest. Secondly, the room was extremely dusty as we can see dust flying under the white lights that they have in the central of the room. And there was 4 handprints on one of the wooden beam across the room that looked like a scene from a horror movie. The bathroom stall was also mouldy and had a foul smell. The private outdoor onsen wasn't great as well as it was late at night with limited visibility and there was only 1 shower stall which was located outdoor even though the onsen was meant for 3 to 4 pax. Thus, one will need to shower outdoor in the cold weather before entering the onsen. However, the hotel provided welcome drinks upon arrivals and there was also a nice push cart that offered freeflow snacks for guests. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast was also delicious and well prepared. They also provided child friendly set meals. Overall, great food but not that great a stay."

"Nasz pobyt w Morino Sumika był cudowny. Ten hotel jest prawdopodobnie jednym z najlepszych hoteli (ryokanów), w jakich kiedykolwiek mieszkaliśmy w Japonii. Jesteśmy pod wrażeniem ich usług. Personel jest uprzejmy i responsywny, mimo bariery językowej. Mieszkaliśmy w pokoju z wanną na świeżym powietrzu i balkonem z widokiem na ogród na zboczu i sam hotel. Architektura jest oszałamiająco piękna. Pokoje są przestronne i większe, niż się spodziewaliśmy. Układ pokoju jest świetny. Jesteśmy tak pod wrażeniem udogodnień hotelowych i wszystkiego w hotelu, że chcemy spędzać znacznie więcej czasu w hotelu, niż wychodzić. Hotel znajduje się około 5 km od stacji Kagaonsen w okolicy zwanej Yamashiro Onsen. Oferują transport wahadłowy, z którym kontaktowaliśmy się przez e-mail. Yamashiro Onsen jest bardzo przyjemny i spokojny. FYI… Stacja Kagaonsen jest 20 minut jazdy od Kanazawy Hokuriku Shinkansen… bardzo wygodne.."
