Hotele niedaleko Kaifeng Drum Tower, Kaifeng

I had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They even assisted by bringing my food delivery directly to my doorstep, which was a very thoughtful touch. On my departure day, they also helped arrange transportation to pick up my luggage and send it to the airport, making my travel much easier and stress-free. The room was clean, the environment was comfortable, and the service truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in China. There's nothing I could point out as a downside (except maybe the air conditioner might seem a bit noisy to some, but I fell asleep just fine). On the plus side: · Very friendly staff. · Five-star customer service. Thanks to the hotel's tips, I visited a great night market after sightseeing – details like that are often difficult for foreigners to discover on their own. · You can also get recommendations for restaurants and attractions there. · The rooms are new, and the amenities (from robes to shampoo and even a scale) are excellent. · The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast, which was very good. Upon check-in, they gave me a very nice welcome gift and also provided some snacks. The location is quite convenient – you can walk to Millennium Park in about 25 minutes. In summary: one of the few hotels I would definitely choose again if I ever return to Kaifeng. Here, I truly felt like a guest, not just someone temporarily staying in a room.

The hotel overall is sleek and spacious, with a well-designed layout that feels uncluttered. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a sound and comfortable night's sleep with good ventilation. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it's clean, tidy, and the service is excellent. It's perfectly suited for short trips.

Location is near to attraction (wansuishan) but not adviseable to walk since it will be a long day walking Hotel Entrance is on a small street and tend to have traffic congestion due to the illegal parking Reception are friendly and helpful to a certain extend. Got free breakfast from member signup but the spread is disappointing . Went at 9am and most of the beverages are depleted. Instead of topping up, the staff tilt the dispenser for more beverages. The only meal item in the breakfast is just the mini hotdog Rooms is quite spacious, with separate bath and toilet. Lights switch is a mess with the bedside switch working on and off. Digital bidet is not working. Hot water is limited. Waited 5 mins for hot water and then halfway thru, the hot water ceases. Only 3 tv channel with no digital app available. Air ventilation quite bad as we can smell the smoke in our room. Althought there is a non smoking sign in the lobby, ppl are just ignoring thd sign. Direction to the laundry is not clear.

The hotel has a good looking design. We expected the room to be a bit bigger, but it depends how you count square meters. Breakfast was good. We got a nice departing present, thank you!

This hotel is near the train station, but it's pretty far from the city center, and the traffic in Kaifeng is no joke. Like, seriously chaotic. If your whole plan is to hit up the main attractions downtown, just know you’ll be spending a decent chunk of time stuck in the car. That being said, the hotel itself came through in other ways. The laundry service? Absolutely amazing. Total lifesaver, especially when you’re running low on clothes. The staff were super sweet and helped us book a shuttle to the station, which made departure way less stressful. Our room was huge and I actually really loved the design—it had character. Overall, a good stay, just map out your timing if you’re planning to explore the city center.

趁着假期尾巴帶孩子到開封玩，進到酒店院裏豁然開朗，裏面有個有很大停車場，新能源充電設施齊全，特斯拉理想小鵬都有還有好多慢充。酒店離開封核心景區很近，看着像是新開的酒店，房間裏面很乾凈，酒店早餐很豐富，酒店裡的工作人員都很熱情禮貌，還給講了開封遊玩攻略推薦的特色小吃味道很棒！！！推薦推薦

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard – it was very dusty, and it didn’t feel like it had been properly cleaned before my arrival. The toilet was oddly placed very close to the room’s entrance, which felt awkward and lacked privacy. What really concerned me was the housekeeping service. A staff member entered my room without knocking or checking if anyone was inside. This was a serious breach of privacy and made me feel very uncomfortable. The location and other basic facilities were okay, but overall, I expected better standards of hygiene and professionalism. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the service for future guests.

This hotel left a deep impression on me. The lobby is large and warm. The front desk service is very good. It feels like a sincere service. Parking is very convenient. The bedding in the room is very comfortable. The voice smart facilities are very useful. , the shower flow is very large, the water temperature is comfortable, the shower is very comfortable, the hygiene is in place, and the gym and laundry are very convenient. The most important thing is that the room price is very cost-effective, the hotel environment is very spacious, the environment is very cultural, and it is close to Qingming Festival Shanghe Garden and Wansui Mountain Scenic Area are very close.
