Most importantly, the bedding felt meticulously cared for – clean and soft, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The service was impeccable. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and they thoughtfully provided a Kaifeng tourist map. Room service was also very prompt. The biggest bonus was the souvenir I received when checking out: a beautifully packaged box of Kaifeng chrysanthemum tea. This thoughtful gesture truly touched me and brought my Kaifeng trip to a perfect close."

There was also a small fruit platter in the room. Breakfast wasn't very varied; many villa hotels don't allow cooking, but at least they had some."
