They even have a printer, which was great for printing my child's homework. When I checked in, they kindly upgraded my room for free, and all the ladies at the front desk were wonderful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kaifeng."

"The hotel's location is quite good, with convenient transportation, and it's not far from several famous attractions like Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, Kaifeng Mansion, and Bao Zheng Temple. Iron Pagoda Park and Longting Park are also relatively concentrated nearby. Unlike the other two hotels we stayed at in Zhengzhou and Luoyang, this hotel in Kaifeng's breakfast restaurant isn't exclusive to guests; it's also open to the public. As a result, the breakfast area can be quite crowded and chaotic, sometimes leading to a shortage of certain breakfast items, and the quality could definitely be improved. On the evening of the 26th, an unpleasant incident occurred at the hotel's Caiyuexuan Chinese restaurant during dinner. We ordered one serving of Songcheng Soup Dumplings (six pieces) for 18 RMB, but the bill incorrectly showed 2**2 RMB. When we pointed this out, the manager on duty, Mr./Ms. [name], admitted the mistake and offered to re-calculate the bill. However, the recalculation removed a discount, so the final price ended up being the same. We hope the restaurant operates with more integrity in the future and doesn't just focus on small profits at the expense of customer trust."

The hotel's interior environment is elegant, with a serene atmosphere created by the small bridges and flowing water features. The breakfast had a rich variety of options, both Western and Chinese, and tasted great. The overall service was professional and attentive. It's a perfect place for family trips with children or a romantic getaway for couples."

"The hotel environment is comfortable and clean, generally quite good. Now, about the service: It was a busy Saturday, and they clearly knew it would be! There was only one person at the front desk handling both check-out and check-in, and an intern who was clueless. I also happened to be there when a large group arrived. For a hotel that isn't cheap, the service quality is very low. Even budget hotels have 2-3 people at the front desk. The soundproofing is poor, so if you're a light sleeper, be warned (there was a child next door yelling until almost midnight!). The room lacks practical tables, and there's no sofa or chaise lounge, which doesn't match the hotel's supposed tier. However, the hotel breakfast is very rich with many options, so those who enjoy breakfast might consider this place. In summary, the hotel has an upscale, sophisticated feel, and the staff, especially the security guards at the entrance, are polite and enthusiastic. However, the front desk is severely understaffed, leading to flustered and improper service. The rooms have functional defects, but the breakfast is decent."

At night, the boats pass by, the lights twinkle, and sitting on the balcony enjoying the breeze and watching the ancient city at night creates a truly immersive atmosphere. 💁Service: The front desk staff are warm and attentive, check-in is efficient, and they respond quickly to any issues. Overall, a fantastic experience. If you want to immerse yourself in the Song Dynasty charm of Kaifeng, this is definitely the top choice. Highly recommended for all visitors to Kaifeng!"

"This guesthouse is super close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, just a ten-minute walk across a bridge. The area is lovely, full of other guesthouses, Hanfu rental and styling shops, and a breakfast spot. The breakfast at this guesthouse is also fantastic, with a great variety of vegetables, spiced soup, soy milk, coffee, and tea eggs. The guesthouse itself is very clean, and the bed, duvet, and pillows are all super comfortable. The shower has a great water temperature, and they even use toiletries from Pang Dong Lai, which is a nice touch and very reassuring. The service is excellent too; the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!"
