" The property is slightly away from the main road. The last 200 meters to the property is very steep and one needs to drive in the first gear without AC. Once we reached the resort, we really fell in love with it. Beautiful scenario of valley and mountain. Cottages are well maintained and decently furnished. Nothing extraordinary but comfortable with basic bathroom amenities and coffee/ tea maker. Dining choices are limited and made to order except for breakfast. They need at least 90 minutes for the preparation and service of the food ordered. But lunch and dinner orders are prepared to specific requirements. We tried their appam - veg stew and puttu - kadla curry ***** with the other options and these were really good. Resort Manager, Mr. Thomas is very helpful. Always smiling and ready to help the guests to ensure they are comfortable. He actually goes out of his duty / responsibility to make the guests comfortable. Thank you Thomas for all your help and support during our stay. Overall this is a wonderful resort to stay in Kalpetta, Wayanad and real value for money. This will be our first choice during our next visit to Wayanad."
