"I have stayed at this hotel many times, but this was by far my most terrible experience. First, when I entered the room, it was obvious that the floor had not been cleaned properly. There was visible dust everywhere, and it honestly felt like the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned after the previous guest checked out. Second, I found a pair of slippers left behind by a previous guest under the bed. This clearly shows that the housekeeping staff did not clean the room carefully. Third, and most importantly, after the housekeeping staff cleaned my room during the day, I returned in the evening and immediately noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. I even asked my friend, who was staying in the room next door, if he could smell it, and he said yes. I am allergic to cigarette smoke, so this became a serious problem for me. I couldn’t sleep that night. I left the room door open for several hours (fortunately no one walked past), hoping the smell would disappear. Unfortunately, it didn’t. I ended up using almost half a bottle of odor-eliminating spray, but the smell still lingered. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, so I appreciate their service. However, the housekeeping staff have serious hygiene and professionalism issues. Housekeeping staff should never smoke before entering guests’ rooms, because the smell stays on their clothes and can easily transfer into the room, causing great discomfort to guests, especially those who are sensitive or allergic to cigarette smoke. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had at this hotel, and I sincerely hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves the housekeeping standards."

"Firstly, the owner gave me the wrong room. After that, I get a bed on the ground. Besides, there's a lot of dust on the ground. After I complained, the owner gave me a mop and a bucket to clean. The cleanliness is not good but the service is good and efficient. Furthermore, the owner gave me more time to check out when it was raining heavily and I won't be able to get back in time. Overall, the service is good and the owner was responsible, but I hope the cleanliness can improve in future."

"The room was clean, instructions for self check-in was detailed, clear & easy to check-in. View from room is great! But we were disappointed that only 2 beds had bedsheets eventhough requested for 3 beds. The other single bed did not have a bedsheet on it. The pillow case had a discomforting smell. Areas for improvement: Toilet roll was not really sufficient as almost ran out. Should at least provide 2 full rolls. There was no shampoo provided, only body wash."

Everyone enjoyed the lovely swimming pool set within a peaceful tropical garden on the large immaculately kept grounds."

"Zarezerwowaliśmy kabinę z królem ‑ łóżko rozmiar i widok na rzekę, i szczerze, czuł się jak mały ukryty klejnot. Kabina wyglądała nowa, super czysta, i wszystko działało idealnie. Ma własny basen Jacuzzi nic nie bije się kąpać, patrząc na przyrodę. Śniadanie i kolacja zostały włączone, a obie były pyszne. Dodano trzecią osobę do naszej rezerwacji, i oni dostali własne łóżko plus pół deska, co sprawiło, że sprawy były łatwe. Staff were friendly and the service was much better than we expected they really made us feel at home. Hotel wysłał jasne kierunki, więc dostać się tam nie było kłopotów. Jest rzeka w pobliżu, która dodaje do całej “natura ucieczki” vibe. Jeśli chcesz więcej przygody, możesz zarezerwować aktywności za pośrednictwem hotelu, choć są one uruchomione przez trzeciego ‑ dostawców party. Overall, Hijau Camp i Cabin dały nam pobyt, który był relaksujący, zabawny, i dobre jedzenie."
