"The guy at the hotel front desk was very considerate. We arrived early around 11:30 and discussed whether to store our luggage. We came back to check in after 3:30. He checked that the room was ready and checked us in directly. It’s a quarter of an hour’s drive from the outlets, which is really good👍"

"I had a Third floor room Room 304 I’m 63 years old and had to take 2 Flights of stairs to get to my room Because the elevator was broken and didn’t work…. I was okay but it was tiring There wasnt any mention that I needed a 50 dollar deposit on a card required because they don’t except cash the nfront desk person insisted it be 50 dollars I had 48 in my card so I had to take an uber to make a deposit so i could get the room I was frustrated that she wasn’t more understanding I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone"
