"The room was very clean, spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was a very satisfying stay. The hotel atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. Excellent value for money. The service from all staff was very friendly. The front desk staff were very approachable and always smiling. Excellent service."

"Ostatnio mieszkałem w hotelu średniej klasy, który był przyzwoity w ogóle, ale nic zbyt niezapomnianego. Pokój był czysty i wygodny na krótki pobyt, a personel był wychowany podczas check-in. Wi-Fi był jednak niespójny, a ściany były trochę cienkie, więc dźwięk z pobliskich pokoi mógł być słyszany w nocy. Śniadanie miało ograniczone opcje, ale położenie było wygodne i blisko sklepów i restauracji. Ogólnie, to było średnie doświadczenie akceptowane dla ceny, ale z miejscem na poprawę."

"Stayed at Keteri Boutique Hotel recently during Raya season. Overall quite satisfied with my stay 👍. The room was comfy and exactly as shown in the app – clean and decent for a short stay. Location is also very strategic, easy access to nearby shops and food places. However, a few things can be improved. There’s no lift, so a bit troublesome to carry luggage up the stairs, especially if you have big bags. Also, the WiFi at Level 2 (my room area) couldn’t connect properly. Another thing to note – the hotel location is quite happening during festive season. There were fireworks just below the hotel until midnight, so if you’re a light sleeper, you might have some difficulty sleeping. Maybe on normal days it’s quieter. Overall, still a good stay for the price and location. I’d give it 4.5/5 ⭐"
The Putra Regency Hotel ★★★
"Centrally located. We were on the eighth floor of an 11-story building, which offered great views. When I booked, only twin rooms were available, but they offered to switch us to a double when we checked in. The room was spacious, with a large, comfortable bed and four pillows. There was a lot of noise from the neighboring room (we shared a connecting door), you could literally hear every sneeze. Luckily, the neighbor checked out later, and the noise stopped. Breakfasts from 7 AM were good, with about 5-6 hot dishes, cereal, rice porridge with toppings, stewed meat, rice, and noodles. On the downside, there were very few power outlets in the room – only by the kettle and TV, and the one by the TV wasn't working (though credit to them, they sent someone to fix it right away). The internet setup was terrible; I had to connect my laptop and all devices through my husband's phone. The plumbing was old, and the bidet faucet was broken. When we asked about the local bus stop, they said there was one near the hotel. Good thing we didn't listen and still caught a bus from the actual stop. I wish the concierge staff were more informed about local transport."
