„Pada saat check in kami ditawarkan untuk upgrade ke kamar dgn view pemandangan dan tmbahan charge 50k. Setelah setuju dan membayar kami menuju kamar, sampai di kamar saya mmbuka pintu balkon dan yg kami lihat bukan view pemandangan melainkan jalanan dan area parkir hotel. Kecewa krn ptugas hotel tidak mnjelaskan dgn detail dan tdk dijelaskan jg bahwa hnya tersisa satu kamar lg. Kemudian saluran kamar mandi jg mampet, sehingga air tergenang pada saat mandi. Tv tidak berfungsi, bikin anak2 jd gak betah di kamar.”

„It is a pleasant and beautiful resort.Picturesque environment, a good stay for family and children. Food are varieties and scrumptious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. It is a senior friendly place. Toilet is clean.”

„The hotel is located at the prime tourist attraction. However it’s a bit run down and they did not maintain the cleanliness. A part from the smelly towel, the furniture is outdated. The toilet has stains. The bedsheets is torn. The tv channels reception is bad. Also the hotel has no lift. Wonder why haven’t they changed all these? The only good about the hotel is the buffet spread. A lot of varieties and most staff are friendly & helpful. Nope. I won’t stay in this hotel after this. Thank you.”

„The location is strategic and near to the other attraction places. The room just an okay but the bed is comfortable. I booked a family cottage room but the staircase quite steep and don't think suitable for an elder or child. Overall, just an okay stay.”

„Great place to stay. Very quiet and chill. Only downside was the flushing toilet did not work properly, the hand washing sink's pipe was not properly installed, the speed of the shower was not fast enough and hot water sometimes was limited (maybe because we did not know how to operate it well). Overall, with quite an affordable price, I can't complain much 👍 Also, they allowed me to borrow their water host to clean my car before checking out on their reception yard.”

„Pariban hotel was a very nice place to stay near Berastagi. The surrounding area is beautiful at the base of Mt Sibayak. There are numerous hot springs nearby but Pariban also has a private hot spring pool for guests which is great. The amenities were okay, however we had to ask for a bathmat and toilet paper. Also the toilet cistern was leaking. Overall, we would definitely stay here again however just be aware it is quite a way from the town of Berastagi and not ideal if you are wanting to do a sunrise hike of Mt Sibayak. It's important to know that since it is quite far from Berastagi itself, if you book a private driver you may be charged extra to get here.”

„We came to this hotel on night and everything have been prepared for us. We enter to the room straightaway and prepare to sleep. Book two standard hotel since we have 5 people. Even though its cheap, but we have a great stay to rest. There are hot water in the toilet room. There are no fan and a/c because the room already so cold.”

„Management seriously looks into housekeeping cleanliness.. Toilet is terrible. Upon complaining, they managed to clean up but not to the hotel rated. Stains on the floor/edges and smog divider glass with stains..Gardening and external housekeeping are well maintained..”
