"Good day everyone. I will never forget my stay at this dump; you can't call it anything else. Firstly, the bedding was dirty and stained. The 'towels' were two filthy rags, about 15x20 cm. Secondly, the windows in the rooms face the common corridor, not outside. Thirdly, the soundproofing is so bad that if someone uses the toilet anywhere, the entire hotel hears it. Now, about the service. We arrived at midnight, were given keys, and told, 'You can only have halal drinks and food here.' What they meant, I don't know, but I really wanted to leave. However, we were exhausted from our journey, and the money had already been paid. We asked the reception for help with a taxi, and they replied, 'There's a bus stop over there,' and told us to find a taxi ourselves. In conclusion, NEVER stay there."

"Every year when I go back to my home town at Noth Sumatera, I always spend and stay in the hotel for 1 to 2 days. I love the location as it is always very cool, a lot interesting things to see and the fruits market that sell different kind of fresh local fruits. The hotel is good, the room is quite large, the breakfast is delicious, it has swimming pool although it is only a kid pool. Rudang Hotel is always my destination to stay whenever i visit Berastagi. "The room is clean, but the service and facilities are lacking. Towels are not asked for, not given, soap and toothbrush are not there. There is no Aqua or a place to boil hot water. The toilet can not be pressed, broken, the bathroom door handle is loose, winning in the room is spacious, clean and the place is close to the city. We chose a family room on the 3rd floor, it feels like bringing children to the 3rd floor is a bit dangerous because climbing the stairs is afraid the children will fall. I will not come here again"

"Bardzo blisko Mikie Funland. Uważaj na personel. Ładny pokój z małymi krzesłami i stołem kawy, przestronna łazienka. Nie dźwiękoszczelność. Są one akceptowane od czasu jego budżetu hotelu. Jednak w porównaniu do Parapat RedDoorz, ten pokój wyposażony był małe stare ręczniki. Nie było butelkowanej wody, blachy nie były tak czyste, dziwny zapach sprawił, że moja przyjaciółka prawie wymiotowała. Musiała sprayować perfumy, aby przezwyciężyć zapach. Podłogi nie były odpowiednio pomyte i wymazane. Znaleźliśmy wszędzie włosy i nie dostarczone śmieci."
