"This is a gem of a location, with an amazing ambiance. A former caravanserai, the decorating of this hotel is opulent. While the rooms are not that big, the decor more than makes up for it. Original stone walls, large chandeliers, beautiful kilm carpets in the rooms. We were talking and wanted to pack the carpets in our luggage and take them home! The bathrooms are decorated with outstanding tiles and colour scheme. While it wasn't very big, it was properly lit and and warm. it's possible to walk down the hill to the centre of town, where we visited a tea shop and sat outside drinking chai. The breakfast was modest for a buffet but tasty and adequate. I would recommend that the hotel staff be a bit more hospitable, especially those who work the front desk. They should greet the visitors, and not just ignore them when they arrive, even if it's after check in. "

"The hotel is perfectly located on the river, quiet, yet close to the city center. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is generous. The staff is friendly. The internet connection is poor in room 210, which must be too far from the modem. There is no meal service or alcohol sales, but you can order or bring in from outside. Brochures on nearby attractions would be welcome in the lobby. We had a very pleasant stay despite these small shortcomings."

"Arrived at 11:30pm after the Dogu Express. Got woken up at 1am by the man in the reception who had forgotten to take my passport information upon check-in. Got woken up again at 5:30 by a call to prayer and noises from outside and then about an hour later by the noises of someone showering due to extremely poor noise insulation. I'm wouldn't consider myself a particularly picky traveler but I was astonished at how extremely poor the noise insulation was. Bathroom also had cobwebs and stains on the towels. Was booked for 2 nights but ended up only staying 1."

"I had booked a two-day stay at the hotel due to a funeral. On February 26th, I transferred the 5,000 TL deposit requested by the hotel to the relevant person's IBAN. However, due to the cancellation of my flights because of heavy snowfall, I informed the hotel that I had to cancel my reservation and requested a refund of the deposit. Since then, they have been making various excuses, saying "today or tomorrow," but they still haven't returned the money. This hotel is dishonest and fraudulent."
