"The Hyatt brand is always a safe bet, and choosing to stay here for our two nights in Kashgar was a smart decision. It's very close to the East Gate of Kashgar Old City, easily walkable, and they even offer late-night congee for when you're tired from exploring. The one-on-one butler service was excellent – they answered all our questions and met all our requests. My only complaint is that I feel the F&B department needs more training. On our first night, when we went for dinner, no one came to pour water; the staff were all busy cleaning up, and a staff member in a white shirt was just engrossed in their phone. At breakfast, after 11 AM, they stopped replenishing the fruit, and staff started cleaning up and wiping windows, even though breakfast isn't supposed to end until 11:30 AM."

The location is convenient, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable, spacious, and equipped with smart controls. The service is excellent; the welcome fruit is changed daily, and any reasonable request is promptly and positively addressed. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. The shuttle driver is handsome and friendly, and the front desk ladies are beautiful. Most importantly, it offers great value for money. My whole family was very satisfied with this choice, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kashgar."
