The receptionist was an old lady. Honestly, even a hotel with a shower room can afford to use an old lady; it's impossible to communicate with her. Later, they agreed to let me stay, even though I booked a cheap room with nothing in it. They knocked on my door in the middle of the night demanding a deposit. I said, "You're checking in the morning anyway, why are you knocking on my door in the middle of the night when everyone's asleep?" Honestly, their place is really...unreliable. The room attendant was quite nice, but the room was just too shabby."
