Hotel znajduje się trzydzieści minut spacerem od głównego miasta Chiwa, co zupełnie mi nie przeszkadzało, ale należy pamiętać, że w okolicy nie ma restauracji (wszystkie znajdują się w głównym mieście). Personel był bardzo pomocny. Zarezerwowałem wycieczkę nad Morze Aralskie, a personel hotelu zorganizował ją wraz z kierowcą, abym mógł zostać odwieziony na lotnisko w Nukus."
