"Uwaga: Śniadanie w ogóle nie jest zapewnione. Podczas rezerwacji widniało na niej, że śniadanie jest wliczone w cenę, ale kiedy podeszliśmy do recepcji, poinformowano nas, że strona internetowa jest błędna i że mogą zaoferować tylko darmową kawę. Ponadto panowała tu bardzo zła atmosfera, a w pokoju unosił się dziwny zapach. Chociaż obsługa recepcji później zmieniła nam pokój, różnica nie była duża. Nie wiem też, czy to dlatego, że zameldowaliśmy się w nocy, ale obsługa recepcji była bardzo nieuprzejma. To było okropne miejsce, a okolica nie jest bezpieczna."

"America's Great Carriage Inn, passing by Route 66. This is where the guy who picks his toes lives. The front desk service checked and found that the room was full of small flying insects and was dirty and messy."

"Beware…Nasty nasty room! Carpet was filthy, walls were filthy. Bathroom filthy. Hair in shower. Used soap in shower. I had a smoking room but no ashtray. I asked for one but was told they don’t furnish I would need to go buy one. I went to Walmart and bought Lysol to spray bed, carpet, sink and countertop and the bathroom. Ice machine doesn’t work so you have to bring your own. Phone doesn’t work in room guess that’s why it’s in night stand drawer. Tablet and chair needs to be taken to trash ."

"This is an old hotel but there is no excuse for the condition of the rooms. At $50/nite, expectations are not high but the dilapidated room was terrible. The bottom sheet was not a fitted sheet and when I pulled back the cover the pad underneath was exposed showing what looked like blood stains. Flooring was poorly laid with gaps and uneven surface. Freezer compartment was frozen over, caulking around toilet was 2”wide and dirty. I’d never stay at this property again."
