"I stayed at the motel for the first time. I stayed on the way from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon. Clean and large rooms such as toilets, showers and towels, there were tables and chairs where two people could eat slowly, so I was able to spend a comfortable time. The receptionist was very kind. It was a motel chosen because the signboard was cute, but the sunset was beautiful and I stayed here and was correct. Thank you for your pleasant memories."

Pokoje są ładnie zaprojektowane z wystarczającym pojemnikiem na torby i ubrania i wyposażone są w lodówkę, mikrofalówkę i maszynę do kawy (w tym poduszki). Selekcja w śniadaniach jest niestety trochę chuda i opiera się na standardzie motelu z kiełbaskami i reniferami, zbożami i samoprzygotowanymi waffle. Mały basen na tylnej stronie domu jest zaprojektowany atrakcyjnie, ale jest narażone na ciągły hałas autostrady."

"We arrived at 8 PM, and the front desk was manned by an older white gentleman. There was a woman chatting with him or asking questions, so we waited. I had booked the room under my wife's name and paid with my card. When it was our turn, the man said the deposit had to be paid with my wife's credit card. My wife had unfortunately lost her card, ID, and some cash a few days prior. I hadn't thought to change the booking information. I explained the situation and offered to pay the deposit with my credit card, but he insisted that the name on the card had to match the booking to prevent credit card fraud. I told him we were a family, showed him my passport and card, and asked if that wasn't proof. He still refused. I mentioned that we've booked this way before at other places and never had an issue. He coldly told us to find another place to stay, adding that we were wasting his time and he had many other things to do, even though there was only one person waiting behind us. He then told us to discuss it amongst ourselves, essentially ignoring us while he chatted with the woman who was next in line. After they finished, we approached him again and offered to pay the deposit in cash. He finally agreed, asking for 250, and then checked us in. I have never encountered such an rude and dismissive older white man with such a condescending attitude. I asked if I could get a receipt for the cash deposit (as many places provide a receipt even for credit card deposits). His exact words were, 'No, we'll see it till tomorrow.' When I went to check out the next day, a different person was on duty. I returned the key, and she politely said it was fine. I then mentioned that my deposit yesterday was cash. She was very friendly and went to look in a drawer. To my surprise, I saw several other cash and paper deposits in the drawer, which meant the old man could have told us that was an option from the beginning. This is a chain hotel, and such an employee's behavior is incredibly disheartening. We've noticed that many white people are generally very conscientious in their work, regardless of your race or whether they respect you; they don't show it on their faces. They usually perform their jobs diligently and carefully. This individual's conduct at a chain hotel like this is truly shocking. I've stayed at this chain hotel many times before, but I will try to avoid it in the future."
