I also noticed visible signs of wear and tear, particularly water hardness corrosion on the showerhead. Although I requested some utensils for personal use, they were never provided. Additionally, there was no complimentary water or toiletries (toothbrush/paste) available. On a positive note, the food at the restaurant was exceptional—delicious and full of flavor!"

"The room was clean overall, with everything it should have. The restaurant can be directly accessed from the hotel door. It is probably a cooperative restaurant. The food is average. The restaurant seems to be understaffed and you have to wait a long time. The waiter's attitude is average. I waited for 40 minutes for the simplest Western breakfast, and it was served only after I urged him once. The front desk of the hotel itself is not bad. There is a museum opposite the hotel, but we didn't go there. We just stayed there for a night."

"We came in really early and front desk (Kirandeep) was super accommodating that he allowed us to check in earlier. Such a good hotel to stay in with bfast too! In room amenities like the lotion and shanpoo and all were the bigger sizes which were more convenient. Overall all a lovely stay"
