"Przez 7 dni mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie deluxe z basenem. Pokój był nieco zaniedbany i sprawiał wrażenie starego, w przeciwieństwie do zdjęć w internecie. Czystość również pozostawiała wiele do życzenia, prawdopodobnie ze względu na wiek pokoju. Na przykład, w fudze między umywalką w łazience a otaczającymi ją płytkami znajdowała się pleśń, a podłoga była popękana i stale brudna. Sofa była biała, ale bardzo brudna, z wyblakłymi kolorami i brudem. Izolacja akustyczna pokoju była słaba; w łazience na piętrze słychać było rozmowy. Co więcej, chociaż hotel reklamował pakiet all-inclusive, bardzo rygorystycznie przestrzegał zasad dotyczących wody butelkowanej i godzin posiłków. Każda osoba mogła mieć tylko jedną butelkę wody na raz i nie była ona dostarczana; musieliśmy ją sami przynieść z baru. Nawet jeśli posiłki były choć trochę spóźnione, byliśmy poganiani, a personel stawał się dość niegrzeczny. Podróżowaliśmy z małym dzieckiem i chociaż poprosiliśmy o łóżeczko dziecięce podczas rezerwacji i przypomnieliśmy o tym hotelowi przez WhatsApp, w pokoju go nie było. Czekaliśmy ponad godzinę po zameldowaniu, zanim przygotowano dodatkowe łóżeczko, co zakłóciło sen dziecka. Krótko mówiąc, nasze doświadczenie z hotelem było poniżej oczekiwań; udogodnienia, czystość i obsługa nie były tego warte."

"Świetne miejsce na relaks w spokojnej, nadmorskiej okolicy. Hotel bardzo kameralny, zadbany, z przyjaznym personelem, pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Wyżywienie smaczne i urozmaicone, w restauracji dużym atutem nienachalna muzyka. Basen wystarczający, aby popływać, przy nim bar otwarty do godz.23. Wracając z wypadów po okolicy, oddychaliśmy z ulgą po przybyciu do tej oazy ciszy i spokoju. Polecam!"

"Zatrzymaliśmy się na 8 nocy tydzień lub dwa temu, przybyliśmy późno z powodu opóźnień lotów i do drzwi recepcji była przymocowana koperta z kluczem do apartamentu i mapą, co było przydatne. Apartament z 2 pokojami był w porządku, ale nieco przestarzały i zaniedbany, jednak wszystko całkowicie sprawne. Nie ma czajnika ani, przynajmniej w naszym mieszkaniu, ostrych noży do krojenia jedzenia, przygotowywania warzyw itp. I tak kupiliśmy kilka tanich w supermarkecie. Prysznic był w porządku. Klimatyzacja tylko w kuchni i jadalni, nie w sypialni Bar przy basenie prowadzony jest przez parę, która była bardzo przyjazna i pomocna, nie wspominając o tym, że była bardzo pracowita, otwarta od 8:00 do późna każdego dnia. Happy hour między 16:00 a 17:00, 2 piwa z lane w cenie 1. Fix to piwo, bardzo smaczne, zwłaszcza w 33-stopniowym upale. 10 minut spacerem do plaży i supermarketu w centrum miasta. Sprzedawane jako samoobsługowe, ale mam wrażenie, że woleliby, abyś jadł w barze przy basenie! Zdecydowanie warto się tam wybrać. To świetne, rodzinne miejsce na pobyt w Kolymvari."

"It was my first time staying in an all-inclusive hotel. The hotel was modern and well decorated. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The restaurant was open at almost any time and there were basically no restrictions. The kids loved the water slide. Although it was not big, there were not many people and they could enjoy it. Unfortunately, the temperature was relatively low in early May and there was a strong wind. Although the outdoor swimming pool was beautiful, it was not very swimmable."

"I stayed here in September for 4 days with my partner and my 1.5 year old baby. Studio equipped with everything, they gave us a triple (even though the baby slept with us), small but functional kitchen, nice big pool! Friendly and helpful staff. All at a great price! Recommended!"

"Firstly we really did enjoy our holiday especially visiting chania however the hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The Pros first were, our room had a beautiful sea view.The wait staff were incredibly attentive and it had a bus stop right outside the hotel making transport easy. However there were a lot more cons, the alcoholic drinks were extremely watered down to the point it felt like you were just drinking pop and not wine. There also seemed to be a lot of preferential Treatment, It was noticeable that guests who paid extra for certain upgrades, like premium cocktails, received more attention than those with all-inclusive packages with my mum being ignored at the bar for multiple minutes whilst the bar staff chatted to those who paid the extra bit for close to 5 min, which felt a bit unfair. One of the worst parts was the early Morning noise there was consistently loud noises early every morning around 7 AM. There were constant sounds of hammering, scraping chairs, and banging, which made it difficult to sleep in and enjoy our vacation, we realised they were having construction done above us which we weren't told about. The fire alarm went off 3 times late at night and we heard nothing from reception about what was going on, I had to run down and ask and was shrugged off saying it was just a problem in the kitchen. the alarm then went off again at 7am which woke us up, when we asked them again after breakfast the receptionist just smirked and said it was a little problem, my mum then told him they should've really let us know what was happening because multiple fire alarms going off is scary, he carried on smirking and only when my mum started to get mad did he apologise. There were a few problems as well with the room, the door firstly was extremely stiff, when locking it from the inside the lock just seemed to keep spinning, maybe 4 or 5 full turns before it locked. There was a kettle with cups but no tea coffee sugar or milk which we found weird because why have the facilities for it? the shower was a walk in one with just a small glass barrier that didn't reach fully across, this meant that everytime we showered it practically flooded the bathroom, the shower head also looked very dirty. At night there was also a weird crackling noise constantly which was either coming from the TV or the air con we couldn't figure out which. One of the days when I went to use the self serve drink machine it seemed there were ants either In the machine or in the cups you grab from the side. Also upon arrival there was a lack of Information given, they took our passports for a couple of hours, we were given a list for meal times and then given the key, we had to ask for the safe information which was free he just forgot to tell us, we then had to ask other guests where we went to dinner as we didn't know since during the day the area was closed off. The food was extremely limited and repetitive, they had basic salad bar which wasnt covered up so often "
