„我定的兩房兩衞，房間很大，主卧床很大，另外一個房間兩個單人床。一個衞生間很大。廚房設備齊全。酒店附近沒什麼吃的，所以住這裏很好，適合family自己想做飯的。附近衹有一個超市big save。但是入住一定要求不要住一層，一開始給我一層，由於房間隔音太差，二樓走路聲聽的很清楚，一晚上沒睡好，換到三樓最高樓層就好了。游泳池還不錯，從那裡可以直接走到海灘。”

„Beautiful location close to the beach. First room we were shown was extremely dark so we asked to change to a different one that didn't require to have the lights on during the day. Restaurant was decent, bed was comfortable. The one time we wanted to spend some time by the pool there weren't any chairs left, so would advise to go early to secure a spot.”

When you arrive, just park in the driveway between the yellow lines... the car on the far right will be partly on the gravel. The front door is never locked and there will be a welcome note for you taped to the inside door post. Please take it to your room which will be open, keys on the bed..
Lanai Villas is nestled in an area of private homes and is part of the Poipu Kai Resort complex. You will have a key to the pool and Jacuzzi area. And for an hourly price there are 9 tennis courts.
We are just a few minutes walk from the GRAND HYATT HOTEL and many wedding party guests stay with us when the wedding is on the Hyatt property.
All three of our suites are on the ground floor. All have private entrances and locks. We are in an extremely safe area.
Poipu is the South and sunny side of Kauai. WE have three golf courses within one mile and all the beaches are public. The new shops at Kukuiula features many of the brand name stores like Tommy Bahama. with upscale shopping, galleries, and many restaurants and cafes, along with a market and drugstore. The shopping area borders the 18-hole Kiahuna Golf Course and the 4-court Kiahuna Tennis Club. The 5-Star Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa, offering golf, yoga, massage and workout opportunities.
We provide our guests body boards and some snorkel gear free along with lots of beach towels. If you are into adventure, there are scuba shops and outfitters Hawaii near by plus zip lines and atv tours all within a couple miles.
You can park your car in the driveway. We just need to get three cars in so those on the right hand end will have one tire on the gravel.. The front door is never locked so you can arrive anytime after 3:00 p.m. check out is 10:00 a.m.

While this unit enjoys a garden view from the lanai, the resort itself is situated right on the ocean bluff and unit 4104 is tucked away, located below ground level in the quietest area of the complex. This is a single level fully upgraded condo with only one flight of stairs from the parking level. Easy to carry your luggage and groceries. Cozy and comfortable in a very relaxing ambience. When you arrive, you will be welcomed with a tropical basket of goodies. The large garden lanai is an ideal place to enjoy beautiful sunrises, spend your breakfast, lounge, or bask in the sun, magnificent moon rises and stars at night. Feel at home cooking your favorite meal in an upgraded designer’s kitchen. The amenities include saltwater swimming pool which is a few minutes’ walk, and you can take a dip in the jacuzzi after a whole day’s excursion. FULLY REMODELED BEACH HOUSE CONDO WITH A/C. Unit 441 is a quiet ground level GARDEN VIEW unit with a new A/C. It is located in Kiahuna Resort in Building 42. This condo has vaulted ceilings and a private lanai overlooking the garden. It provides a comfortable space to call "home" while you’re on Kauai. Unit 441 is a short walk to the beach, Poipu Beach Athletic Club, restaurants, swimming pool, and more! Additional amenities include membership to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club, 24 hour security, complementary towels and chairs for the beach and swimming pool, internet access and more. Parking is FREE and is located directly in front of the building making it easy to bring in your luggage or groceries. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed to ensure a good night's rest and a 32" inch SMART TV to stream your favorite movies or television series. The bathroom has a double vanity along with a walk in shower. Soaps, shampoo and conditioner are provided. The living room is complete with a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests and a 50" SMART TV. The new A/C unit cools the entire condo but its recommended you close all the louvered windows when running the A/C. Or you can open up the louvered windows and enjoy the cooling Kauai trade winds! The resort offers an on site laundry facility along with community BBQ areas. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am at Outrigger front desk. This is located near the west entrance to the property. Once you are in the property you will take the first road to the right and the front desk is at the bottom of the road. Once at the front desk you will be provided with a door code, towel cards, and internet password. There will be a $35 charge at checkout for stays of 8 to 10 nights which includes new towels, linens, trash service, and vacuum. Stays of 11 to 15 nights will have a $60 full service cleaning during your stay which will be paid at check out. If you are checking in after 8 PM you will need to let the Outrigger front desk know. They will email you after hours check in instructions.
