"The room was very big. The front desk upgraded the room for my honeymoon with my husband. There was a microwave, induction cooker and washing machine and dryer in the room, so I could wash my clothes immediately after snorkeling every day. It was very convenient. In addition, I signed up for a speedboat tour in the morning. I didn't have time to eat breakfast in the hotel, so I quickly made a meal in the room. Behind the hotel is the famous sunset wall where you can watch the sunset. The only regret is that I saw a dead big cockroach in the room on the last day of my stay..."

"I booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom room. The room was very big. The bed in the master bedroom was very big, and the other room had two single beds. One bathroom was very big. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was not much to eat near the hotel, so it was good to stay here, suitable for families who want to cook. There was only one supermarket, Big Save, nearby. But I had to ask not to stay on the first floor when I checked in. At first, I was given a first floor. Because the sound insulation in the room was too poor, I could hear the footsteps on the second floor very clearly. I didn't sleep well all night. I moved to the third floor, the highest floor. The swimming pool was not bad, and you can walk directly to the beach from there."

Nie zarezerwowaliśmy specjalnego widoku lub czegoś, ale mogliśmy pominąć widoki ogrodów z naszego dużego balkonu. Łóżka były również bardzo wygodne! Ogólnie, ta nieruchomość, i wyspa Kauai, są wszystko, o co można prosić w tropikalnym wakacjach! Widzieliśmy nawet żółwie morskie na plaży!"

"We have stayed here multiple times. This was our fifth trip. On the positive side the staff is first rate: helpful, welcoming and attentive. The facilities and pool set up is outstanding (although our older grandsons would like bigger water slides). We had two units for our trip this time and one was very good. the second 1 BR unit felt dated with stained upholstery and did not have dedicated wi-fi making for spotty connections and difficulty to impossibility to get any work done. For the prices charged, they should have a more uniform and higher standard to their units We love the area and quieter than Poipu. We also experienced a drop off in the quality of the pool side restaurant. In the past I would have given a 5 star review, but were disappointed this time around with one of the units and some of the food service. "

"We really enjoyed the 2 bedroom upstairs unit. The owners have stocked the kitchen perfectly, we had everything we needed. It was very clean, and we loved dining outside. The house is secluded and quiet, but just a short distance to the beach. Owner communicated very well. Having 4 beach chairs, towels and a cooler made our day trips wonderful. Just a perfect place."

"A decent resort hotel with top-notch facilities, but the service wasn't particularly impressive since you're mostly responsible for your own needs. There are many swimming pools and a beach pool, but the waves are too big to swim in. The rooms are spacious, and the laundry facilities are fully equipped. Overall, a good experience. However, I wouldn't recommend coming in February, as the weather is often bad – windy and rainy."

"I had a really strange experience at this hotel. It's a Sheraton resort, beachfront, with a gorgeous beach. However, it's all self-service. I had to park my own car and carry my own luggage. There simply weren't enough sun loungers for all the guests; you had to reserve them early in the morning, just like at cheap hotels in Turkey. And the loungers themselves didn't even have umbrellas! Unbelievable! Room service brought food with, you won't believe it, the cheapest plastic forks and knives. Even on airplanes, you get better cutlery. Beach towels had to be signed out. If you wanted an umbrella, a sun lounger with an umbrella was $100 USD, and a cabana was $250 USD per day. As for the food in the restaurant, like most places in the US, it's very much for meat lovers with a caramel sauce, reminiscent of cheap motel diners. Plus, on top of all this, you'll pay an additional $59 USD per night for Hawaii state taxes! Seriously, don't be fooled by the Sheraton brand and its 5-star rating. At best, it's a 3-star equivalent, but it costs an arm and a leg."
