"This is a fairly typical chain hotel—comfortable enough, but nothing particularly memorable. At this price level, I would expect a bit more attention to detail and an overall “wow” factor, but unfortunately Sokos Hotel Seurahuone falls short. The breakfast is a good example. The scrambled eggs tasted like they were made from egg powder, and the overnight oats seemed to be prepared with the cheapest, dust-like oats available, the locally baked rye bread was not freshly baked . Nothing was bad, but there was also nothing that stood out or made the stay feel special. Overall, it’s an adequate hotel if you’re simply looking for a place to sleep, but it lacks the quality and character that would justify its price category."
