I like The location, just 15 minutes to the old town, and close to local market.
Rooms are clean and new, with simple kitchen makes long stay easier, staff are very friendly, the building is next to student living building from the same operator, and it is very quiet. There is also a big private yard, you will love it in a good weather.

Overall this hotel is excellent! The staff are friendly and very customer focused. The concierge service is equally excellent and I want acknowledge Johnny. He defines what it means to be a concierge. Everything from restaurant suggestions to handling airport transfers was top notch. Over the course of a week, he never gave us a bad recommendation. He also setup tours for us to take as well! The room (privilege with a full bed) was equally as large as rooms in the US, which was unexpected for Europe. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom/shower was equally large and comfortable. A couple of small dings where noticed in the cabinet finishes but that was the only sign of wear and tear in the room. This was our first time in Krakow and the hotel made it a perfect stay! Centrally located in the heart of the city, it is only a 5 minute walk to the Main Square and dining/ attractions. It is also across the street from a mall if you need any last minute purchases. If you are traveling to Poland this hotel is a must!.
A design, economical hotel, open to creative minds

Thanks to our location, you can reach the most famous districts in less than 10 minutes: the Old Town - with one of the largest markets in Europe, Kazimierz - the historic Jewish district and Nowa Huta - with the socialist realist character of the buildings. By tram you can reach almost every part of Krakow in a very short time. In less than 8 minutes you can get to Tauron Arena. The hotel is also well connected to Energylandia and the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.
The new, comfortable ibis Styles Kraków Centrum hotel is located just a few steps from the city center, as well as from the Railway Station, Tauron Arena and the Jagiellonian University Botanical Garden. For slightly further trips, you can go to the former working-class district of Nowa Huta

WiFi: Good quality, reliable connection. Cleanliness: Very good throughout the hotel. Comfort: Comfortable beds and pillows; however, the towels could be improved. Staff: Polite and smiley, though could be a bit more engaging. Food: Enjoyed the mocktails, but breakfast could use a wider selection of fruits. Location: Excellent, close to the tram stop Cystersów, just 2 stops from the main railway station and 3 stops to the city center. There is also an underground parking available. Atmosphere: Modern, industrial vibe. Value for Money: Good option for a short stay, offering excellent value near the city center.

We stayed at the Hotel Wyspianski in Krakow for 5 nights. Really can't fault this place at all. We had a lovely large room on the 4th floor, the bed was comfortable and they left free bottles of water for us. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Old Town, the main Market Square, a big shopping mall and lots of other attractions. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious with so much choice. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant a couple of times and the food was amazing. The hotel bar was well stocked with Polish vodka and overall we've had a fantastic time and would certainly stay there again!
Mercure Krakow Fabryczna City hotel is located in the historic buildings revitalized after former Polmos State Vodka Factory. This place with almost 100 years of history is part of the impressive Fabryczna City complex, because of its size its called a city within a city.

Decided to move to a supposedly lovely hotel for 2 nights as thought would be lovely treat for my son as had a big gym and pool, how wrong was I.... we checked in on Saturday night I had called ahead to check availability and price for 2 nights as was leaving on the Monday. The lady on reception told me the price and we went straight over to check in. She took us to the room and we confirmed the price and that it included breakfast, all good. That was until we returned on the Sunday evening after visiting the salt mines that day to not being able to get into our room. We went to reception and they told us we should of checked out that day!!! We were no we booked for 2 nights why would we not when not going home till Monday?? The receptionist said could she ring the lady who we booked with and she told me there was a mistake made and was sorry but we had to PAY another night... Omg was so upset not my fault but still expected to pay, spoke to the general manager and someone higher Joanne I think she was absolutely awful would not listen at all just wanted the money!!!! What kind of customer care NONE i would say. My husband who is disabled and my son 16 were gobsmacked at their total lack of empathy. They had all our belongings locked in the room we were in and we felt we had no choice but to pay as had nowhere to go, cant tell you how upset we were just ruined out trip through absolutely no fault of our own. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL IF U WANT GOOD CUSTOMER CARE. Just because Mecure are a big chain doesn't mean good at all in anyway or form.
With 200 years of history, our hotel is one block from Old Town’s main plaza and The Cloth Hall. Nearly all Old Town’s restaurants, museums, galleries, and shops are within a 10-minute walk, and Wawel Royal Castle is a 15-minute walk. Take a tram to the Jewish district of Kazimierz. At the end of the day, enjoy a bite and drinks at our on-site restaurant and bar.

Excellent hotel, the room was beautiful and very clean, I particularly liked the lighting, not too bright and added something extra to the ‘jazzy’ atmosphere. The spa in the basement is amazing, had the entire spa all for myself for hours. Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel is ideal for discovering the beautiful city of Krakow ! Will be back for sure !

On plus: nice and helpful service, delicious diverse breakfasts, fitness zone and a chamber but not crowded pool, nice leap after evening walks, saunas and jacuzzi wonderful.
The hotel is about 2.4 km walk away from the market, on beautiful days a great option for a little traffic, for people who don't like walking will of course be a delicate problem. Hotel parking and if someone does not want to use the parking space around the city parking

Wawel Castle is next to the hotel (about a 6-minute walk) and the old town is behind the hotel (about a 15-minute walk to the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary).
I recommend the Sheraton Hotel, which is spacious and has a view of the river rather than the old town center, and is suitable for river walks. There are group tourists.
Friendly staff, breakfast was good too
Only the bathroom needs some repairs.

We recently stopped at the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow for a three-day city break. Let’s talk about the positives first… The hotel is in a great location, it is not too far from the city centre but is on the outskirts, a few minutes’ walk from a large green recreational ground which was lovely. A Bolt (Somewhat a European version of Uber) was almost instantly available at the hotel, and we never waited more than four minutes. A Bolt cab into the city was approximately £2.50 which was great too. The hotel is clearly very new, and this shows with its modern design and use of LED ***** lights which look amazing at night-time. The reception area is modern, has free coffee machines (for use between 1000 hours and 1600 hours) and has a bar within, which again, is very nice. The spa was lovely and is included within the price of the room. We visited at approximately 0900 hours, and it was very quiet which was nice, at one point, we were the only people within the spa. Though, don’t allow looks to deceive you. There were some annoyances with the AC Hotel by Marriot Krakow, and I think it is important to raise them. Firstly, the hotel is next to a building site, which is not evident from the pictures of the hotel’s website or online listings. We paid for an upgraded room with a balcony so you can imagine the disappointment when we learnt it was overlooking a very loud and dusty building site – so much so that the balcony was unusable. Secondly, the AC. (Not the name, the air conditioning!). This hotel uses the AC controls which link in with the windows and doors to prevent loss of energy, which is all well and good when it works. Ours seemed to glitch out constantly and as such locked the AC in the off position. We rung reception after spending a few hours in unbearable heat to be told that there was nobody who could help in the evenings and that they’d send someone in the morning. Fine, so we went to bed only to be woken by someone an hour later who said that they had come to look at the AC. We got up whilst the lady, what can only be described as “faffed” with the AC and then shrugged her shoulders and left – without resolving the issue. Now, if we could have opened the window, or the balcony door, to solve the issue then it wouldn’t have been as much as a big deal, yet it was a trade off between unbearable heat or construction site noise and dust. Another annoyance is when we ordered room service. We telephoned down to the bar and asked if they sold “Sauvignon Blanc”. We were told that they did and that it was however much. I asked for two bottles, and they said that they’d send someone up with it. 45-minutes later, the first waitress arrived with a trolley, an ice bucket, two wine glasses and two bottles of Chardonnay. We explained that we had ordered Sauvignon Blanc and that we would be grateful if she wouldn’t mind swapping it for the correct wine. She took the two bottles away and said that she would return. 20-minutes down the line, she r

We only stayed in this hotel for one night (because we were in the car) and then left for Italy, delivering it to the airport. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Far from the center, not easily reachable, a chaotic reception because it is not clear which of the 2 Premiere hotels you should stay in because they bounce you from one side to the other. The parking is not free (they should write it down!), you need to get it stamped to be able to go out if you don't want to have a sad dinner at the hotel's diner and when you return you risk not finding a place because they keep part of the parking free no one knows for whom. I asked for a mojito and since it wasn't on the menu they asked me 3 times the cost of the other cocktails. I stayed 4 days in the center in a hotel at the same cost with breakfast included before going to Zacopane, but with different standards and skills!

GGuest UserStayed here for a long weekend. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would require. The kitchenette was handy with its kettle and fridge as well as being well equipped with utensils and crockery. The bathroom was a good size with a large shower and the beds were comfortable. The location is excellent and very convenient for eating in the restaurants in the main square and visiting the attractions and sights of the city. The staff were friendly and keen to help whenever we had a question. There isn’t the possibility to store luggage but we were informed that there is a luggage storage facility across the square which was also rather convenient. The price for our stay was great and we definitely received more quality than what we paid, especially compared to standards in other parts of Europe. Overall, would definitely recommend!
GGuest UserWe had a fantastic stay at this small boutique hotel The staff were helpful and very quick to reply to our questions. It is half way between the main square and the Jewish quarter We were a group of 4 friends we had 2 rooms that were joined giving us two beautiful modern bathrooms .One with a free standing bath and the other with a walk in shower .The rooms were large with fridge and tea making facilities. The rooms were very warm and cozy as it was deep snow .The thermostats were easy to use so you could have the room the temperature to suit yourself. We had an early start one morning so the hotel provided us with breakfast bag we were amazed at the amount they had given us .. We had a fantastic stay would recommend this hotel great value for money a real gem .
QQIANYANGThe location is very good. In the Old Town Square, it is a five-minute walk from the Textile Hall. There is a restaurant with rice and fish in the vicinity. The environment is excellent. The hotel is small and fully equipped. The breakfast is very rich. Traveling will also help to book a car. There is a convenience store opposite. Low-key but warm hotel.
CCanberkThis was a perfect stay. The hotel has a 3 star rating but the service and the physical conditions are similar to a 5 star facility. They had robes in addition to towels in the room which was a pleasant surprise. I also had the chance to eat at the restaurant downstairs, which offers tasty meals for affordable prices. Members of the staff were kind and knowledgable, the bed was comfy and everything was super-clean. The only downside is the location, it's 20-25 mins from the city center by tram. But if you have engagements in the southern part of the city or you don't mind the commute this is the perfect hotel for you. You couldn't get this quality for this price in anywhere in the old town.
We chose this hotel only because is so closed to ICE Krakow, the venue for a concert we were about to attend. The room is basic, on the small side, but except for the fridge, it has everything you need. Only two pillows and two large towels... The bed is hard but, some how, quite comfy. You can walk to Wawel Castle (which is just across the river), Old Town, Kazimierz, Stradom, tram station is very close to the hotel. It's a very good base to explore the city. Even the railway station is in walking distance, if you plan a day trip out of the city. For us, coming from the south, so easy to reach by car. Parking is 45PLN/night, but is limited in space. I saw a lot of paid public parking places around.
PPaul HA lovely hotel very clean with friendly helpful staff that is only a short walk to the Jewish quarter. If you walk the short distance to the river you can follow it to the main castle that then leads you up into the main town and square. We took a short river cruise (approximately one hour) that was very enjoyable. My wife an I can recommend Starka restaurant which is only a short walk from the hotel. A trip to the salt mine approximately 45 minutes is well worth it.
PPipouDevThe hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the old town and in front of a bus stop, and it is a convenient location. The reception is open 24/24 and it is possible to have swabs against a caution. Furthermore, the rooms are clean and spacious. The communs are also of an impeccable cleanness, they are washed every day! The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable.
The room was a bit on a small side, so it was a tight fit for three people and their luggage. However, the beds, mattresses, bedsheets, and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was small as well. Everything was very clean. There is no refrigerator in the room, what they have is what they call a mini bar, it is basically a cooler. I was told that if we put something cold in there, it will keep the temperature for a few hours, but it does not produce any coldness. It was a big bummer because we needed to store some of our food in a refrigerator. At the same time, there was a little kettle with a bunch of hot tea and coffee we could make in the room, which was nice. We were also provided with courtesy water. The location of the hotel is convenient to get to grocery stores and center town. There is no public transport nearby, so we drove to everywhere we needed to go. Overall, a good stay.
The position of the hotel is perfect location a very short walk and in main square lots to places to eat in area of hotel and not far to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and welcoming with breakfast brought to room found very repetitive but nice fresh food. Lots of seps to get to your room.
