"I had a good experience staying at The Orchid Hotel Manali. The hotel is well-maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is courteous and helpful. A special mention goes to Mr. Gautam, who was extremely professional, attentive, and made our stay more pleasant with his excellent hospitality. The only area that needs improvement is the food. While the overall stay was enjoyable, the quality and taste of the food did not meet expectations. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend the hotel for its service, comfort, and hospitality."
