Hotele w mieście Kunming (Xishan District)

We literally walked into a “time travel” place back to ancient house equipped with modern facilities, the host was extremely courteous, friendly and very helpful too, they led and help us with our luggage from where were dropped off by Didi driver the nearest point before the pedestrian street of the ancient town starts. The hotel is located with the ancient town and a short walk from the famous 金馬Square at where modern buzzing commercial centres located in Kunming. Good place to stay for the experience of an ancient “house” with good breakfast, facilities and friendly host.

Doświadczenie związane z zameldowaniem: 1. Niedaleko Złotego Konia i Jadeitowego Koguta. Można dojść do niego w kilkanaście minut. Nie jest przy głównej drodze, ale łatwo tam wjechać i wyjechać. 2. Zatrzymałem się w pokoju dwuosobowym typu Superior na 8. piętrze. Pokój był nieco większy, z balkonem i rozsądnym rozkładem. 3. Łazienka jest oddzielona od mokrej i suchej. Temperatura ciepłej wody jest wysoka, ale ciśnienie wody jest niestabilne. Głównym powodem jest to, że ręczniki w łazience są stare i lekko żółte; 4. Wyciąg z pomieszczenia wykorzystuje centralną regulację temperatury w hotelu. Klimatyzator pokojowy jest jedynie udekorowany i nie może samodzielnie regulować funkcji ogrzewania i chłodzenia. Temperatura ogrzewanego pomieszczenia hotelowego wynosi aż 27 lub 28 stopni; 5. Na dole jest bar, w nocy panuje hałas, a na dole aktualnie trwają prace drogowe, które o 11:30 są jeszcze w budowie, co ma ogromny wpływ na wypoczynek; 6. Hotel nie posiada własnego parkingu. Parking na parterze należy do obiektu i trzeba za niego zapłacić na własny koszt. Jak widać na rysunku 5, meldowałem się około godziny 9:30 wieczorem i wyjechał o 9 rano. Opłata za parkowanie wynosi 17 juanów, wyłącznie w celach informacyjnych.

Amazing location, really convenient for all the places we planned to visit around Kunming. Also had friendly & helpful staff who brought our luggages up to our room (as theres no lift) and also brought it all the way to the place where our didi was picking us up from. Their lobby was amazing and breakfast (crossing bridge noodles) was delicious. Fiance really loved the place. Definitely would return.

Superb hospitality. The bed is comfortable, near the main attractions and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and kind, even offering me extra rose biscuits to take with me as i checked out. Breakfast food was a small range, usual fare. Occasionally cigarette smoke can be smelt from the room. Do note that renovations are ongoing nearby so you can hear it. But the hotel provides ear plugs for that. The view of the city with the mountain is amazing. Would def come back!

Incredible location! Right in the heart of the best street food spot in Kunming, surrounded by cute lantern-lit streets and boutique stores. The whole area is really walkable and close to key landmarks like Zhong’ai Lane. Hotel itself was grand and beautiful inside. Large rooms with an unbeatable view over the old town. Roof garden was also gorgeous. Would stay again!

在出行前因為定哪家酒店的問題糾結了很久，然後無意間刷到一方居，被它的圖片深深吸引了，然後看了看是2026年的新開業酒店，抱着試一試的心態果斷預訂，説説入住體驗： 1.服務方面：前台很耐心，有問題會態度很好得為我解答，第一天入住前台小姐姐看到我帶了小朋友，在我沒有提出需求的時候主動為我提供小童用品，也是暖心；餐廳阿姨也是有問必答，合理的需求也積極滿足。 3.硬件設施：和圖片相符度很高，基本是圖文相符了。我定的房型床很大兩大一小睡完全沒問題，房間內配有mini冰箱，牙具、拖鞋等一次性用具的質量也很好，房間衞生做得非常好。多説一句，我非常喜歡它的中庭，玩累了回來在中庭坐一坐，很舒服。 3.酒店位置：位於中心位置，距離老街、紙片樓很近，步行二十來分鐘就可以到，周圍吃的東西也多，打車也方便。 總結：下次有機會來昆明玩的話還會選擇該酒店，並且會將它推薦給我的朋友，希望酒店可以繼續保持，做得越來越好。

我們是出差到紅星大廈，居住在這裏就近便利就在馬路對面還非常安靜，在13樓視野很好。 環境：環境好，臨街但是樓層高視野好很安靜。 衞生：沒有異味，房間乾淨整潔，打掃的很及時，衞生間一次性洗漱用品齊全，拖鞋兩種很方便 服務：服務貼心，前台微笑服務很客氣，有求必應不管是充電器還是代收閃送 設施：電源設計很方便，電視和小桌辦公都很方便，點贊下月出差還會來住

I specifically booked the audio-visual room at Chian Hsi She Inn, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The projector offered clear picture quality, the sound system provided strong surround sound, and there was a wide selection of movies, allowing for an immersive cinematic experience without leaving the room. The room layout was well-designed, and the sofa was soft and spacious, making it incredibly comfortable for binge-watching shows. The entire room was spotless, and the audio-visual equipment was regularly maintained, running smoothly without any issues. Downstairs, the Nanya business district has plenty of food options, and snacks and drinks are just a short walk away. The location is convenient, with easy access to the subway and taxis. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and any requested items were quickly delivered to the room. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring that watching movies wouldn't disturb neighbors, and the mattress was very comfortable, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep after a film. This place is perfect for leisure vacations or small gatherings with friends. The value for money far exceeds similar apartment hotels. The projector is really clear – I definitely made the right choice!

Absolutely terrific experience with this hotel. Staff were warm and welcoming, catering to our needs. Breakfast was a great combination of western and Chinese. All organic free of pesticides. The environment was great close to the scenery with the park right outside and the cbd 10 minutes drive away. Would come back to stay again.

The location was near to a few shopping malls and shopping streets (came alive on a Friday), room was nice and comfortable though they have the same problem as other accommodations as they don't have hooks in their toilets. The service was excellent, they were always able to resolve our requests. Do note that this is not Novotel hotel, it is Novotel Living which is a cheaper option, though their lobbies are just side by side and we can use the Novotel hotel facilities.
