Hotele w: New Luosiwan area, Kunming

This hotel is located in a building which has to share elevators with others floors. It makes me feel not safe. Not much things around this hotel to eat or see, you have to take 30 minutes subway to downtown or attractions. Taking about the room, it’s big and new with voice commands. However, the voice commands control the air conditioner which makes me crazy. You have to say the correct words to control it. After I checked in, I have tried many times to operate the air conditioner but it did not work for me. I called the front desk, they send people to control but still didn’t work. After many times trying, he figured out the correct words to say. OMG… if you don’t speak mandarin, don’t stay here. Another big problem is cleaning, see the pictures that I posted, they never clean the floor. I never heard sound of vacuum, the floor still dirty as the first day I checked in. The breakfast is simple but cold, even in the heater. Don’t know why. Overall, it is okay if you don’t mind the problems that I mentioned.

車票太難搶了，衹好買了提前到的，打電話過去店主直接讓我們去住了，人特別好。 門是帶密碼的，小複式房，很好看的房間，衞生很好，設施也很齊全，圖太多了找不到了，就先不放圖了

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，設施很新，床品很舒服。樓層高，視野開闊。親子房佈置很用心，小朋友一定會喜歡。房間隔音也不錯。智能化設施不錯，有機器人送貨。房間裏面還有純凈水和飲料。交通方便，離新亞洲體育城地鐵站步行10分鐘左右，該處很熱鬧，吃飯購物都非常方便。到斗南花市和南部汽車城也都方便。餐廳早餐也比較豐盛，水果，雞蛋，點心，米線，餌絲等等都不錯。還有洗衣服和健身房。酒店前台和打掃衞生的服務員態度都很好。

這次入住完全超出了我的預期！從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就感受到了一種高雅和温馨的氛圍。服務人員非常熱情，主動幫忙提行李，並詳細介紹了酒店的各項設施和服務。房間的設計非常有品味，既現代又不失温馨。床品的質量非常好，睡眠體驗極佳。酒店的早餐不僅種類多，而且食材新鮮，特別是現煮的麪條，讓人回味無窮。總之，這是一次非常完美的入住體驗，強烈推薦！

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any requests, which made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Checking in and out was smooth and efficient, with no unnecessary delays. The location is also convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

房間裝修是現代簡約風，暖棕色調搭配淺藍細節，温馨又高級。床品柔軟親膚，枕頭高度剛好，睡了幾晚都像在雲端，徹底治癒了出差的疲憊。衣櫃、書桌、衞浴區劃分清晰，動線流暢，細節處都透着用心。衞浴乾濕分離，淋浴水壓足、熱水快，洗漱台寬敞整潔，備品齊全又好用。房間裏的燒水壺、礦泉水，隨時能泡杯熱茶放鬆。最加分的是服務：前台辦理入住高效又熱情，保潔阿姨打掃細緻，連拖鞋都用獨立包裝封好，乾淨又衞生。電視裏還貼心放着酒店歡迎界面，細節感直接拉滿！

Next to the south bus station and some places to eat late but the location is all it had. I booked a non-smoker room but the room had such a strong smell of cigarette, even in the bathroom or bedsheets. I asked if I could have a non-smoker room but they told me they only have smoker room. Maybe is it like this in China, or Trip App labelled the wrong way, but that wasn't what I booked. Carpet and fabric chairs seemed to have cigarette holes all over, giving the impression that is was dirty and runned down. Nevertheless, bed was confortable and room was quiet.

This loft apartment is really stylish, and as soon as you enter the door, you are attracted by the floor-to-ceiling windows and green plants in the living room. The space is transparent, the lighting is super good, the kitchen and the living room are connected together, and it looks particularly spacious. The corridors are clean and tidy, and the access control is quite strict, so you can live in peace of mind. The layout of the room is reasonable, the details are well handled, the overall feeling is very comfortable, suitable for short stays or small families ～👍👍

自駕帶着父母孩子一起來昆明過年，入住的美豪酒店，非常滿意。 停車出行都很方便，離雲博、滇池都不遠。 房間很舒服，設施很新，維護的很好。 前台圓圓臉的小姐姐服務超級nice。 過年期間還有花園下午茶，咖啡不錯哦。 總之很好的入住體驗。

我們過來螺螄灣進貨，酒店開了幾年我們就住了幾年，停車方便，旁邊就是美食街，過一條街就是螺螄灣，房間乾淨整潔，服務員態度很好，值得推薦
