Hotele w: International Convention and Exhibition Center/Hongguang Mountain, Urumczi

Perfect hotel for business and holiday. Great and very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to miss Lina Bao who served us very well at check-in and check-out. The rooms were well maintained. The executive lounge is excellent for private working and catering. The 25 meter pool is stunning and helped us to stay fit. We will be returning!

First off, I have to give a shout-out to the lady at the front desk! She was not only beautiful but also incredibly kind. Check-in was super fast, and her attitude was wonderfully gentle. She patiently answered all my questions, making me feel so welcome and warm. Next, a special mention goes to the TV in the room! It actually came with an SVIP membership, which shows they really understand young people! After a long day, when I didn't feel like going out, I could just lie in bed and binge-watch several new episodes without dealing with ads or paying extra. The experience was absolutely fantastic. The overall cleanliness of the room was excellent too. The sheets and bedding were spotless and tidy; it was truly immaculate, which made for a very comfortable stay. Just a minor suggestion: the air conditioner's response time was a bit slow. After selecting the 'fan' mode, it took a little while to feel any noticeable change. Hopefully, this can be adjusted in the future. However, this is just a small flaw and doesn't affect my overall satisfaction at all. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area! Highly recommend it to everyone! 👍

Def undervalued. Very good experience living here. New hotel, the service is great. The layout of the room is also very reasonable. Particularly the young lady at the front desk. She is professional, kind, attentive, making me feel very welcomed.

The hotel’s location is quite good. It is a new building, and the products used in the rooms are of high quality. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be improved a bit, especially considering the needs of foreign guests. Overall, it is a place worth choosing. I definitely recommend it...

So here is an English review. I stayed on this hotel over 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was good location for my work purposes, surrounded with a lot of fancy restaurants . The hotel and rooms itself was very clean and neat. There is a small gym here, I used it frequently. If you don’t like Chinese style breakfast, there is also Western style options, even with cutlery 😁The main thing here is employees , very friendly and helpful. We could communicate with the microsoft translators. The all receptionist were helping with the logistics in general, supporting good stay and helped to navigate around here, suggested to visit beautiful locations around, suggested good restaurants, helped with online shopping, etc. The cleaning lady, (I am sorry I forgot your name) we talked almost every day, and she would ask about my needs, did laundry; the security guards were curious about my life here, and we had always good chat together, the kitchen service workers were helpful for adapt to new food and explaining things about it. In general, I had very positive experiences and memories. If I come back again I will stay here and recommend everyone also stay here.

We specifically booked a family-themed room, hoping for more local Xinjiang features, but it was more of a standard business room. However, we were still very satisfied: the room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the two beds, one large and one small, placed together, were very cozy. It was relaxing to stay with the kids. The bathroom showerhead had great water pressure and a wide coverage area, making showering comfortable. I especially want to praise the one-button call function by the bedside – it's not just for show! When we went downstairs to buy things, the kids needed towels and water in the room, and we could simply call the front desk with one button, and they brought them up immediately. It was so much more convenient than making a phone call, and so practical! 👍 The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the Xinjiang food was very well prepared with a good selection. The kids enjoyed their meal, and overall we were very satisfied. We would definitely choose this place again next time.

This hotel is fairly new, and we had a pleasant stay overall. The service was attentive, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Unfortunately, our first room had a strong smell of smoke, but the staff promptly moved us to a different room from the second day onwards. Special thanks to the receptionist, 植意, who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay! We were also pleasantly surprised with a small gift bag upon check-out.
