Hotele w: Chenggong New District/South High-Speed Railway Station, Kunming

This is a small boutique hotel with only 8 rooms. It’s located in a busy area of Manhena Dai village, but is surrounded by busy streets and high floor buildings. The good thing that all the tourists are gone by 7pm and it becomes quiet, but the tourists are back in the morning. It’s located right across the river from the famous night market (10-15 mins taxi ride). The owners and the manager are all young guys, very friendly and helpful, they gave me a very good treatment, they make a great deal of effort to make one feel welcomed. The hotel and the rooms are super clean. There are all the amenities necessary. There is a lot of attention to details in the room and in the hotel. I was given a fruit plate and complimentary drinks during my stay. The bedsheets are also very clean. The breakfast was good too. Overall it was a great experience.

Friendly and helpful staff! Excellent customer service! Very close to restaurants. Bit far from the City. But close to Kunming Railway station!

環境：總體來説公區環境還不錯，入住贈送了當地鮮花，比較有特色；因為是新開的酒店，給人感覺很亮堂，個人感覺進門香水味很重，不過可以接受，但也因為新開業，房間味道很重，新裝修的味道，這個無法避免。 衞生：公區和房間衞生方面不錯，乾淨。 設施：公區設施未使用不做評價。酒店早餐總體品類較豐富，就是水果 服務：剛到門口工作人員很熱情地幫忙推行李，入住期間遇到工作人員會打招呼，看得出來是流程化培訓過的，但是服務標準貌似不太統一，我們前面連續入住了幾晚定的高級大床房不含早餐，辦入住的工作人員問我們要不要加早餐，我們説不用，但是一起同行的和我們定一樣房型，工作人員給升級了房型，送了早餐，我們沒有；因為懶得再找酒店，為了方便隔了幾天再次入住，這次辦入住工作人員説給升級房型，送早餐，但實際並沒有升級，是跟之前一樣的房型，兩個房型區別是窗户大小，因為入住過所以知道未升級，早餐也是預訂時候本來就包含的，所以並非贈送；不太清楚為什麼要這麼説，這次同行的小夥伴也被贈送了咖啡，我們沒有，其實送不送升不升級無可厚非，衹是不升級沒必要告訴我們升級了，並且同行的辦理入住服務標準不一樣感覺差別對待了，服務標準可以更加統一吧，客觀評價，不針對打工人，建議可以加強培訓。另外前面因為一些問題沒有給解決的很好，再加上業務不太熟悉，這點感覺入住體驗一般，其他的還好。

The host was very polite and extremely helpful. We asked about halal food nearby and she kindly guided us to a Muslim area. Thanks to her, we discovered a hidden gem of a Muslim village with plenty of halal food options and even a mosque. The room was spacious, with a relaxing swing, a bathtub overlooking the city, and a fun sliding and play area for kids — very comfortable for families. Don’t hesitate to stay here! There are many attractions nearby, and spending the night around this area was very convenient and enjoyable for us. Highly recommended!

A very good place to stay, super close to Kunming south station. So much food and stuff in the area, theres a food street with stalls too just around the corner. Breakfast buffet with coffee is included so its perfect to start your next journey. The bathroom is huge and the bed is super comfy.

I initially booked this hotel online without much thought, and honestly, the value for money is absolutely incredible. The lobby greeted me with a lovely floral scent, and the front desk staff were professional and efficient, making check-in super fast. They patiently answered all my questions, and when they found out we enjoyed watching sports, they even upgraded us to a deluxe cinema king room. Watching the World Cup on the 120-inch screen was fantastic! The room was spotless, the bathroom had no strange odors or water stains, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The whole room was well-ventilated and felt fresh. The facilities were well-maintained and looked new; the lighting, hot water, and air conditioning all worked perfectly. The soundproofing was excellent, so I wasn't bothered by any hallway noise. Downstairs, it's right next to Wanda Plaza, and just a bit further is Qicai Yunnan No.1 City, so you can find any kind of food you're craving. Unfortunately, it's been raining a lot in Kunming recently. I went out without an umbrella, got caught in the rain, and started feeling a bit sick. I ordered some medicine and filled in the address provided by the front desk, but after waiting over half an hour, it still hadn't arrived. My phone even showed it as delivered. I called the delivery driver to ask where it was, and it turned out he had delivered it to the wrong building. He refused to come back and redeliver it, and then hung up on me, which made me furious. I asked the front desk for help finding my medicine. When they learned I had a cold, they brought me a cup of hot water for my medicine and thoughtfully brought an umbrella, reminding me that it's rainy season in Kunming and it's better to carry one. Their service truly warmed my heart. I will definitely be strongly recommending this place to my friends here.

到昆明南的時候已經很晚了，就隨便選了這家，看中的就是離昆明南很近，大概900多米，步行10多分鐘。結果入住了才發現房間真的很乾凈，然後服務人員真的超級的熱情，看到我一個人拿兩個行李，還幫我拿着行李上去，還有這家的裝修風格，我也超級喜歡，很簡約的北歐風格，最令我開心的就是房間廁所乾濕分離，房間裏的那些設施設備也很新，晚上睡得真的很安穩，第2天想着再去其他地方玩一下再退房，商家還熱情的推薦我去撈魚河，然以風景真的很好看，嘿嘿這一趟來昆明真的好值，下次來昆明還住這家😊😊

Obsługa: Bardzo dobra, naprawdę dobra. Rzadko się zdarza w Chinach, aby hotel potrafił zadbać o każdy szczegół! W pobliżu nie ma zbyt wielu punktów gastronomicznych oferujących dania na wynos, ale gdy dotarłem do sklepu, pani powiedziała mi, że w środku nocy można kupić przekąski. Choć były to proste posiłki, mogłam jeść tyle, ile chciałam, co było bardzo wzruszające! Tym razem nie prowadziłem samochodu, ale zorganizowałem odbiór pociągiem dużych prędkości. Obsługa była bardzo uprzejma przez cały czas trwania procedury, a także wysłała mi filmik instruktażowy, jak opuścić stację! Udogodnienia: Pokój nie jest szczególnie duży, ale wystarczający jak na hotel budżetowy. To będzie mój pierwszy wybór, gdy następnym razem przyjadę do Kunming!  Cena nie jest wysoka, dwieście lub trzysta juanów to najlepszy stosunek jakości do ceny.

We booked this hotel to quickly stay overnight between trains. We came in late, but were quickly and effectively registered. The facilities in the room were very modern, the design pleasing, the beds soft and warm. Next morning the breakfast was ready on time. It was fully and exactly what we needed for the long journey ahead.
