"Marcelo wykonał uroczą robotę, przekształcając rodzinny dom w hostel. Jego angielski jest dość dobry i był doskonały w zakresie podejścia do mnie z lokalnym agentem podróży, który okazał się doskonały. Był również instrumentalnym w pomaganiu mi pracować przez mój plan na północ od La Serena (który okazał się kierowany bezpośrednio do San Pedro). Jest to bardzo prawdopodobnie najłatwiejszy hostel od dworca autobusowego, ponieważ są obie kilka stóp od tej samej głównej ulicy. Może być również najbliższy. Zostałbym ponownie w bicie serca. Rodzaj pokoju, którego potrzebowałem niekoniecznie był jednym z listy online, ale oni mnie ustawili tylko dobra."

"The staff is very friendly (my first time in Latin America). The breakfast is modest, but they take care of you: coffee (Nescafe) or tea, jam, butter, fresh bread, cheese, ham, and peaches in syrup. You can ask for coffee at any time. The rooms are cold, with windows facing the hallway; everything looks dated. It's in the city center, so it's not safe in the evening."

"A couple of times at the hotel, before the Social Outbreak of October 2019 and pandemic. Spacious and clean rooms. What stands out: the attention of the staff and the perfect location for the purposes of our work. The restaurant food is very good. The bad, and hence the rating. Room connected to another. You can hear everything, even the snoring of someone unknown who didn't let me sleep. A disaster. The hotel should seal the doors or assign only those who require it. Never to return."

"Check in: Fast, friendly staff who were patient with my little Spanish / English. QR code: didn’t explain how to order room service and the staff did not do this either. Room: Clean, big, comfortable bed with clean bedding & towels. Improvement suggested : towel rack behind the doors & robes to wear to/ from spa & sauna. Locational: 1 street from beach. Security: on site 24/7 Guests: Middle aged, quiet Chilean families. School group in attendance. Vibe : “muy tranquilo” Restaurant: Very attentive staff, friendly in nature. Food: Reasonable variety and priced as per current standards. Pool : requirement to wear swim cap, even if not submerging. Seemed ridiculous. Sauna: clean. Book in advance to assure it heats up accordingly, the door was left open and the sauna didn’t heat for me. The staff member let me use the mens sauna as compensation. Gym: O utdated. Some machines broken. No weights available. Feedback : there was a very large teenaged school camp who were very loud and took extreme amounts of food at breakfast. This should have been communicated to guests to allow them to plan to eat before the arrival of 100 hungry teenagers. Staff: Overall a very positive experience"
