The room was clean and met expectations for the price point — nothing fancy, but decent for a short stay. However, the hotel has been experiencing system issues lately, which caused noticeable confusion at the reception. During my stay, there were some unfortunate cases where guests were refused check-in due to booking or system-related errors. This kind of hiccup can be quite stressful, especially after a long journey. The front desk staff did their best to manage the situation, but it was clear that the hotel needs to urgently improve its internal coordination and reservation system. If you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay in a good location, Lazenda can still be an option — just be sure to double-confirm your booking directly with the hotel before arrival until they sort out their system problems."

"Room furniture bit old.. the chair cannot be seated.. the wood it's like you play puzzles or Jenga (refer photo).. must change immediately... The air conditioner also got leaking.. the room space quite ok.. only no soundproof.. can hear people talk from next door and also vehicle running from outside.. need improvement.."

"The location is convenient and the facilities are generally good. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The property was mentioned by owner as having 4 rooms, but one of the rooms was being used as a storeroom, leaving only 3 usable rooms. The biggest disappointment was the extremely low water pressure. Showering was quite difficult and uncomfortable due to the weak water flow. Overall, the place has good potential because of its location and facilities, but the room arrangement and water pressure issues need improvement to provide a better guest experience."
