Buffet breakfast has a wide variety plus they make their own pastry and bread. The room is very clean and the housekeeping staff are very discreet and pays attention to details. Hotel Aifa Labuan is highly recommended."

"The location is convenient and the facilities are generally good. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The property was mentioned by owner as having 4 rooms, but one of the rooms was being used as a storeroom, leaving only 3 usable rooms. The biggest disappointment was the extremely low water pressure. Showering was quite difficult and uncomfortable due to the weak water flow. Overall, the place has good potential because of its location and facilities, but the room arrangement and water pressure issues need improvement to provide a better guest experience."
