„Alles war insgesamt sehr schön – Zimmer, Service und Ambiente haben uns gefallen. Besonders im Restaurant fand ich die netten Hinweise gegen Lebensmittelverschwendung sehr sympathisch.
Allerdings endete das Frühstück um 10:30 Uhr und unser Tisch wurde sofort abgeräumt, sodass auch die Speisen auf unseren Tellern weggeworfen wurden. Man wollte also Verschwendung vermeiden – in Wirklichkeit hat man aber genau das Gegenteil gemacht und die Verschwendung auf die Spitze getrieben. Das nennt man wohl Ironie in Reinform. 😏
Mein Vorschlag: Ab 10:30 Uhr das Buffet schließen, um neue Entnahmen zu vermeiden, den Gästen aber noch 15–20 Minuten Zeit geben, damit sie ihre Teller in Ruhe leer essen können. Das wäre im Sinne von echter Nachhaltigkeit.”
