I needed to book 23 rooms near Edwards Air Force Base for an event I was organizing and Springhill Suites was convenient. Speaking with the GM Susan, she offered a great rate for the group plus since we needed to depart early the following morning, she arranged for the complimentary breakfast to be prepared earlier than usual. Overall the staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. We also had 23 exotic cars in the parking lot and the lot was very well lighted and the parking spaces were widely spaced which was much appreciated. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times now and I can highly recommend it.

My room was comfortable and clean although the overall look of the hotel could be updated. I was most pleased with the friendliness of this hotel. The young man at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. I had several small requests which he immediately accommodated. This personal attention was worth the stay. Years ago, I spent many nights in this hotel under the Inn of Lancaster name. It used to be a great value in that the rooms were dated but clean and comfortable. Also, the hotel catered to many business travelers like me, so it was usually quiet. In October 2021, I stayed here and the first room I tried was above a group of young people having party in the parking lot. Loud hip hop music and LOTS of pot smoking. My room smelled like a skunk. The front staff moved me to a quieter room, but this one was run down and smelled like stale cigarettes, despite the ”strict” no smoking policy. The carpet and couch upholstery was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned recently. Holes in the wall and missing and burned out light bulbs in the bathroom tell a story of long neglect. Due to COVID, they discontinued breakfast, whereas many hotels still provide breakfast boxes to-go. On the bright side, the bed was clean and reasonably comfortable. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel unless you are looking for a place to party and get stoned in the parking lot.

Although the employees were very nice,we have several complaints. I ask that the pool area be opened so we could sit there instead of our room. The clerk said okay but never came out. There were small cockroaches in the room that crawled on the dresser and wall. The water was not even close to hot when one of us tried to take a bath. On the flip side, it was very hot in the morning when the other took a shower. I wish I had known that there would be no shampoo or a coffee pot. The TP was so cheap it ripped way too easily. The other people were so noisy and made noise at all hours of the day (not the hotel's fault of course, but maybe indicates what kind of people stay here). The pros were it is at a convenient location and the bed was very clean. I loved the laminate floor.

We have been to this hotel many times before- but this is the first since the pandemic. We were very impressed with their cleaning procedures and preparations. Even before our arrival, the front desk sent us emails to acknowledge our reservations. Brandon (been there 7 years) checked us in with great professionalism and friendliness. He took care of everything and made sure we wrote down what we wanted for the 2 days we were staying for breakfast. They have a list of available items for breakfast and you mark what you want. At the marked time, they would have the items bagged up and you can bring up to your room to eat. They will also make you coffee with cloves on!! Rooms are spacious as always. Rooms are clean, but you will not get room serviced- you can request new towels and other items as needed. All employees had masks on all the time, and customers are required to wear masks in public areas. I can highly recommend this hotel and their staff!!

My room was comfortable and clean although the overall look of the hotel could be updated. I was most pleased with the friendliness of this hotel. The young man at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. I had several small requests which he immediately accommodated. This personal attention was worth the stay. I needed to book 23 rooms near Edwards Air Force Base for an event I was organizing and Springhill Suites was convenient. Speaking with the GM Susan, she offered a great rate for the group plus since we needed to depart early the following morning, she arranged for the complimentary breakfast to be prepared earlier than usual. Overall the staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. We also had 23 exotic cars in the parking lot and the lot was very well lighted and the parking spaces were widely spaced which was much appreciated. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times now and I can highly recommend it.

We have been to this hotel many times before- but this is the first since the pandemic. We were very impressed with their cleaning procedures and preparations. Even before our arrival, the front desk sent us emails to acknowledge our reservations. Brandon (been there 7 years) checked us in with great professionalism and friendliness. He took care of everything and made sure we wrote down what we wanted for the 2 days we were staying for breakfast. They have a list of available items for breakfast and you mark what you want. At the marked time, they would have the items bagged up and you can bring up to your room to eat. They will also make you coffee with cloves on!! Rooms are spacious as always. Rooms are clean, but you will not get room serviced- you can request new towels and other items as needed. All employees had masks on all the time, and customers are required to wear masks in public areas. I can highly recommend this hotel and their staff!!
