All bathroom supplies are hidden in the bedside table. In order to circumvent relevant policies, they are too lazy to take the time to give them directly to customers every time. I called the front desk to ask for a toothbrush and was told it was on the bedside table. I have developed a bad habit after staying in mid-to-high-end hotels too many times. I forget to return my room card when I leave the hotel. I received a call in the afternoon and learned that the hotel room card must be recycled. I offered to compensate the card directly, but the hotel said that one card was 50 yuan and two cards were 100 yuan. I broke out in a cold sweat. There was no express delivery during the New Year, so I asked someone to send the card back from Hangzhou. A read-write card that costs only a few cents has been doubled to 50 yuan. The hotel's revenue-generating model is really ridiculous. Only when hotel chains pay more attention to detail can they establish a good brand.
