We have landscapers come once a week (usually Thursdays or Fridays), and they can be a little noisy. We apologize in advance. Minors under the age of 18 shall NOT utilize the pool unsupervised. Unsupervised use of the pool is children is strictly prohibited. NEVER leave children alone in/around the vicinity of the pool. Do not add anything to the water, including foaming bubbles, chemicals or bath oils, etc. If any of the above items are added, additional cleaning fees will be assessed. No candles or glass is allowed in the pool area or in the pool. No Shoes are allowed in the pool. Absolutely no electrical appliances should be used in or near pool. If any damage occurs to the pool liner, the guest is responsible for full replacement of the pool liner. Guest(s) agrees to fully reimburse and indemnify host for damage caused to the pool during lease term- including damage caused by any person, including invited or uninvited guest, pets, animals or children. The pool is serviced and chemically treated weekly. Surrounding patio/deck may be slippery when wet. Absolutely NO eating and/or drinking in the pool. The pool is serviced weekly, however, the host is not responsible for any organic debris (leaves, sticks, or anything considered natural/unnatural that can fall into the pool between the weekly service (usually Wednesdays) Pool skimmer is left on site for your use during your stay.** Pool is heated from NOVEMBER through the first week of April.***************************OUTDOOR FURNITURE: Outdoor furniture is provided for your personal enjoyment.
