She is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel like a regular guest from the first "hello." It is clear she works tirelessly to ensure every guest is well looked after; nothing is too much trouble for her. The lodge itself is maintained to an impeccable standard of cleanliness—everything was absolutely spotless. The location is perfect for exploring Largs, but the real showstopper is the wonderful view across the water to the Isle of Cumbrae. Waking up to that sight was the highlight of our trip. "Comfortable room with meticulous attention to detail in making sure you had everything you could possibly need. Smooth self-check in process, very well organised. The website says that there is secure bike qnd motorbike storage around the back, however there isn't - but they immediately organised somewhere for our bikes to go safely. The breakfast was absolutely superb, again a lot of attention to detail in making sure that there was plenty of choice, even for those with specific dietary needs. The vegan cooked breakfast was the best we've ever had."
