"Not bad HG Inn Hotel about a 20 min walk to all the tourist attractions within the City. Room and bathroom were larger than expected and a big plus was real pillows, yes I mean real pillows!! Lovely and soft and not the high density polyester type that most hotels use now to save a few $$$$. Unfortunately the inhouse internet service appeared to be hacked during the last two days of my stay with my works provided Norton Software Package indicating that the hotels site had been cloned? Lots of breakfast staff present at the weekend milling around the breakfast area but sadly none could say good morning to their paying guests and were put out if you asked for assistance. Sadly this was the deal breaker as I was on a business trip. However if you are on vacation its a good solid HG Inn Property."

"Outstanding Bed and Breakfast in Lecce, Italy. The place is very well appointed and cared for. Every detail is taken into consideration. Our room was large and included a sitting area with a desk. The host is friendly and attentive. He helped us park in the garage attached to the B&B. There is a cost of Euro 15 for parking. It is located within walking distance to the historic area as well as the business district. Breakfast was included in our reservation. It is varied and plentiful. I would stay here again."

"My review concerns the restaurant, and I must say right away that it was a disappointment. We're not there for several reasons. The fixed menu offered for Easter Monday at €45 seemed interesting on paper, as did the location, but aside from a few good-quality appetizers, the rest, from the entrees to the dessert, was a negative surprise: the food was bland, flavorless, and in some cases poorly presented. The meat (pork, rabbit, and bombette) was poorly cooked (the rabbit was practically boiled), more like a simple trattoria than a restaurant; and finally, the dessert (panna cotta) was completely bland. Even the wine—of modest quality—was served without careful pairing, with only a local rosé being served from the start throughout the meal for everyone at the table (there were about fifteen of us). For €45 and in that setting (a tastefully renovated farmhouse), I would have expected more attentive and refined cuisine, more like a restaurant. In short, the location isn't enough; more professionalism and craftsmanship are needed in the kitchen."

"Search reviews M X 1/5 4 minutes ago on Google never stayed in a similar towel. Photos are completely INGREDIENT! We stayed in a loud, dirty, shower, which was compassionate, dirty and myrky in the bathroom.The pictures of that tug that she had been lying to us do not appear at all, nowhere. On the bottom of the water tartaro by anyone how much. No shower tape, a wet-shaking smell, so much that old and strawed bed hand towels and our clothes were almost wet; a vomiting stick out of the washing room without a cap; a broken coffee machine. Breakfast served in the indoor courtyard, very different from the pictures, all sweet, dirty, red and colourless gadget, anybody knows when the pictures are. Fresh bars and cucumbers, we tried to drink a juice and was rough, the coffee could only be done in the room, but we could not see the device throwing only cold water, while putting the soda. I am sure that no one would sleep in that stupid thing, but unfortunately the smart owner, who did not even get himself to our arrival and did not answer the phone, was paid in advance, otherwise we would have gone away immediately. Parking is on the street and you need to be lucky. Far from the center. A experience to never repeat. Smuts everywhere, I don't know how to have good reviews, I think it's absurd. NOT WERE 👎👎👎 VERGOGNA!"

"Beautifully restored building with only 6 rooms. We stayed one night as part of our tour of Puglia. We stayed in room 6, simply stunning, bathroom huge with double showers and double sinks. Carefully placed ceramics, clever bedside tables that pull out to reveal plug sockets, hidden tv. Lovely small rooftop terrace for breakfast. Don’t hesitate"

The only let down was parking - it is not included, you either have to be lucky enough to find on the street or pay. Not a big deal but good to know. She was incredible in organising the weekend, helping me with local establishments and activities. Nothing was too much. If I lived in Lecce, Geltrude is someone I would love to call a best friend. "Położenie jest idealne, w samym środku starego miasta. Pięknie urządzone i śniadanie jest niesamowite (tea/coffee, mleko, jogurt, krojant, mermelade, zboża i ciasto). W niedzielę śniadanie serwowane jest w kawiarni 300mts, ale jest tylko kawa i ham i kanapka serowa. Niespotless czysty, świetny i bardzo gorący prysznic. Jest w lodówce. Nasz pokój był najmniejszy, inne są znacznie większe, ale dla nas był idealny. Łatwy do zameldowania i Julia była bardzo miła. Bardzo zalecane!!!"

"The hotel is conveniently located in the old town, about a 20-minute walk from the main attractions. The hotel and room design and decor are superb! It retains a medieval charm while incorporating modern style and contemporary art. The rooms are very spacious. The hotel owner is incredibly welcoming and attentive. On the day I arrived by car, there was temporary roadwork, and my GPS couldn't find a suitable route. The hotel sent someone to help me get there – a huge thank you! Parking costs €25 per day; be sure to book in advance and get confirmation. Note that there are strict traffic regulations in the old town. The breakfast is excellent! It's a combination of à la carte and buffet style."

"Situated a good 15 min walk from the centre of this beautiful baroque city makes this hotel not central and not worthy of recommendation. The best thing was breakfast with pastries and beautiful cakes, plus meat and cheese but the tables were bar so you had to get up and down off these to get breakfast. Not ideal. The room we had was inward facing but you couldn't see out due to the covering on the windows, giving the room a claustrophobic feel. I was glad we only stayed one night. We asked for a taxi to take us to the airport the next morning, which was ordered by the receptionist. The taxi that came was terrible. No AC, the inside was dirty and the seats sticky. The driver was over 15 mins late and stopped on the way to get petrol. We were told they would take credit card payment but he wouldn't, only cash and we had to find a machine at the airport to get some money a lot of running around. Not a good end to our visit to Puglia."
