"My stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. Despite its 4-star rating, the staff's behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were met with rudeness, indifference, and an aggressive attitude that has no place in the hospitality industry—especially in an establishment that supposedly provides high-end services. Instead of assistance, we received irony and sarcasm for our simple requests. It is a shame because while the facilities might be decent, the staff ruins the entire experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and respect. A total waste of money. The biggest issue, however, was at breakfast. The woman in charge there was extremely rude and unacceptable. Instead of a pleasant start to our day, we faced an aggressive and mocking attitude that ruined our mood. It is inconceivable for a hotel of this caliber to hire people who lack the basic manners and politeness to handle guests. Unfortunately, no matter how good a room is, it’s the people and the service that matter. I would never visit this hotel again and I definitely do not recommend it"

"Really good and superb stay, check in by Ms. Chiamaka wash superb with really good professional attention. Best place to be in Malta, very very fantastic young atmosphere in superb surroundings. Very unusual lobby but really comfortable and activ for all clients, nice bar and superb restaurant. Very good area all around with night activity and less of 50 meters from the sea. Several types of Restaurant including the very famous Hugo Burger ( Hugo fast food local Malta Chains ) Cinema, Bowling and Night Clubs, bar’s and Restaurants all around as well really nice shopping centers"

Minutes to the Old City and all its sights.  Excellent restaurants serving local cuisine also just minutes away. Vianna Suites is perfectly located.  No need for a vehicle.  The host Alessandro is a gentleman and a gem.  Great host, keen to chat, and well connected.  Organised drivers for us for regional area tours.  Nothing was too much trouble."

"We stayed at Mantatelure for 7 nights using Lecce as a base to explore all surrounding areas in our hire car. Mantatelure is a former Palaccio and situated on a very quiet historical street in Lecce in a perfect location and close to everything in historical Lecce. It’s very easy to park the hire car nearby and paying for parking through the EasyPark app is completely straightforward. We have never had a problem finding a space after our days out. The hotel is fabulous, spotlessly clean and so well maintained and presented throughout. The staff are absolutely wonderful and work so hard to give you the best experience during your stay. Francesco and Martina are very helpful and very efficient and give the best restaurant recommendations, nothing is too much trouble. Ana who prepares the food at breakfast including the absolutely delicious home baked cakes, tarts, biscuits and the best Pasticciotto (custard filled pastry treats are to die for), including cooking eggs any which way or cheese and ham toasties provides a huge variety of breakfast items including various breads, hams, cheeses and tomatoes. Mantatelure has a lovely indoor breakfast room and also a huge garden area which is beautiful for eating breakfast or taking an aperitif. We stayed in Suite 6 which has its own separate entrance and is very spacious and private and is immaculate. We could not have asked for more from this beautiful little gem of a hotel and its fantastic staff, thank you to housekeeping who work so hard."

"Reasonable and convenient tour stop accommodations. Nice desk staff - polite and efficient. Continental breakfast was good with nice choice pastries, cold cuts, yogurt, egg, and a nice selection of fresh fruit. Cappuccino was very tasty and served table side. Hallways are dark and overly scented with room freshener. Room was a bit tired decor-wise but the bed was comfortable. I couldn’t really give more stars because the bathroom was kind of ick. It didn’t seem clean - especially the shower and there weren’t enough towels. It looks like it needs an update. Area around hotel is a bit downtrodden but it was a short walk to the city center."

"The owner had the initial review removed. I felt it was important that future travelers have the ability to access the facts as stated. This is not an opinion but straight forward facts from our stay. Dimora San Jacopo is a 3 star villa with a 5 star pool. Air conditioning was very poor throughout the common spaces and all bedrooms. Bathrooms include small showers with solid water pressure. Each guest was given one bath towel and one pool towel for the full stay of 4 nights. Beds and mattresses need to be replaced and did not have blankets. Linens nor towels were washed or replaced during our stay. In short, go in with your eyes open and you will not be disappointed."

"The room was furnished in a retro, medieval style. It was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is a castle and well worth a visit. At night, it was brightly lit with torches, showcasing an artistic flair in every detail. The breakfast was plentiful, with delicate and refreshing pastries, and the service was attentive."
