"Nasza rodzina z pięciu spędziła 10 nocy w hotelu Alpina w Lech i następnym razem będziemy dłużej! To był idealny wybór dla nas - jesteśmy tak szczęśliwi, że go zarezerwowaliśmy. Zostaliśmy w dwóch sypialniach mieszkania, które dało nam całą przestrzeń (mamy trzy nastolatki) i kuchnię, więc nie zawsze musieliśmy jeść, ale mieliśmy luksusy bycia w pięknym butiku hotelu. Każdego ranka śniadanie smaczne i zróżnicowane, popołudniowa herbata serwowana co popołudnie przez ogień. Staff byli tak pomagali i przyjaźni. Pytali nas, czy są inne jedzenie, które chcielibyśmy serwować na śniadanie i popołudniową herbatę itp. Usługa była tak osobista i ciepła - to tylko bardzo specjalne miejsce. Uwielbialiśmy również saunę i parę, którą używaliśmy każdego popołudnia po powrocie z narciarstwa lub uroczy spacer po mieście lub wzdłuż ścieżki pieszej. Mieliśmy okazję rozmawiać z innymi gościami z całego świata - wielu z nich od dziesięcioleci wraca do tego hotelu (jeden gościnny powiedział mi, że usiadła przy tym samym stółu śniadaniowym, co my z dziećmi 30 lat wcześniej!). Bruno i Gabrielle zawsze były dostępne, aby pomóc w każdym zapytaniu, w tym dokonywanie rezerwacji restauracji i zapewnienie nam miłego stołu w najlepszym restauracji w mieście. Pojechaliśmy na nartach w wielu miejscach - w tym w Szwajcarii - i to miejsce jest naszym ulubionym. Lokalizacja jest fantastyczne - bardzo krótkie i łatwe spacerem do windy na nartach, wszystkie restauracje i supermarket. Nie można zrobić lepiej. Zarezerwuj!!"

"I had a fantastic experience at Haus Schrofenstein. It is family run and the hosts couldn’t be more welcoming and accommodation. The hotel is excellent value for money. Rooms are large, clean, and have plenty of well thought out storage. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is simple but good - coffee fantastic. The hotel is a short walk to the lifts and town centre."

"Fantastic hotel and wonderful hosts. We stayed for 1 week and had the best time. Claudia made us feel welcome, even before we arrived. Great communication and very accommodating - our late arrival didn't cause any issues. The rooms are big, nice bathrooms, the whole hotel is decorated in traditional and very tasteful style. Generous breakfast buffet and beautiful sauna facilities. We've already booked again for next year. Highly recommend!"

"Worst service I ever experienced in te restaurant. The staff didn’t know the todays special when being asked. It took one hour to get our food and we got in different times so most of us had to eat alone. Didn’t get our drinks to our food. Would not recommended a visit to their restaurant with those prices I would think the service was ok but it was worse than I ever experienced. Super disappointed!!!"

"I do about 300 nights a year at Bonvoy properties and was blown away by my experience at this charming Alpine hotel. The location itself is like being in a postcard. The hotel is very clean and modern and offers all the luxury amenities you could ever want (multiple styles of saunas, pools, and a complete gym). The best part about the hotel is the fact that every meal comes with the stay. This isn’t normal hotel food, however. All meals are made with incredibly fresh local ingredients in their Michelin rated restaurant. Dinner is 5 courses and offers 4 meal types (meaning vegetarian and vegan friendly, too). Don’t worry, even if you miss the great lunch, they have afternoon cake time with several cake selections. The hotel is also a ten minute hike away from a beautiful 50 foot waterfall and like a 5 minute walk from a ski lift (with enclosed gondola cars). The chair lift system connects you to most of the entire area and is almost like a mountain metro. Finally, and most importantly, customer service and the people working at the hotel make the stay exceptional. We were given world class service by Dominic. He greeted us and got us checked in when we arrived (and also called us before we arrived to make sure we had dinner waiting for us as we arrived late in the evening). He gave great advice on things to do and was a genuinely kind and caring person. I have never been made to feel more welcomed or appreciated in all my stays. The whole staff was great and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Dominic and team for such a memorable stay!"

"The hospitality and kindness of the staff are superb. As a solo traveler you can feel alone from time to time - here I felt at home. My journey didn't start well because of a mistake in the booking(a mistake from my side), so I didn't get access to a room which met the demands I had. But the staff and the way they met their guests soon made me forget about it, and I just enjoyed hanging in the public areas and working from there If there is room for me next time I am in Lech, then I without a doubt want to stay here again."
