"Great location, easy checkin, friendly staff and clean and comfortable room. After a week of hunting it was great to have a long hot shower indoors and sleep in a big comfy bed!! Excellent restaurant within walking distance."

"The bright side of the hotel is to provide airport shuttle. Guests can wait for the shuttle outside gate door 10 on the arrival level. Called and it took around 10mins to pick you up. However the reception desk was so careless to book the wrong time of shuttle for our way back to the airport. Hotel room card won't work for twice which we had to go up and down to solve the problems after a day of travelling. The carpet is rather dirty with stain along the corridor. Besides The hotel reception claimed that they won't provide makeup room service for three consecutive nights of stay unless special request which really made us doubtful as nobody gave such a reminder when we checked in and it was surprised to see the room hasn't been cleaned up after the first night stay. Breakfast offers basic choice only. Hot water and tea offers anytime. Almost no dining choices could be chosen nearby unless driving. Without driving, ride on the shuttle and take bus 747 (which takes almost one bus per hour) Will get you to the central point of the city."
